    Had very good service. Did great job installing radio which I purchased from American Muscle. Though said that they could not hook up backup camera. Asked if they had one that would work. Didnt even take the time to see. Just stated "no.". Believe they could have done better by looking at choices and going above and beyond for customers. Atleast looking at them and scheduling a time to come back for camera. EMPLOYEES were worried about going home for day to even try to make a sale for more Service.

    Overall, we are happy with the install and the technicians fast and professional work. However, the lack of available appointments and lead times before availability happen are slim and excruciating. My husband gifted the stereo for my older model truck for Christmas, but the instal couldn’t happen until February.

    The service i received at Best Buy was top notch. While my items had been paid for, the order was never placed. This ended up being a lengthy process untangling this mess, but the Best Buy salesperson and the manager were very professional and patient. They were apologetic and efficiently solved the problem.

    The installer had wonderful customer service. Best buy sold me the wrong parts needed to install my new radio, he took the time to look for it and made another appointment so I can come back and have it properly installed. The problem was that he didn't show me how to use it when it was installed so it wasn't working properly. I went to another best buy because it was closer, he checked my car and figured out the parking wire was not even connected. He showed me that all the features are working. I appreciate the customer service from both installers so there was no reason to be upset despite the set back!

    My purchase of the equipment from Best Buy hit right at the point the holiday purchase installs hit, and also hit a weekend before the purchase where weather threw things off. I got rescheduled, which wasn't optimal for me. But the two gentlemen in Fenton did right by me (even after the complicated install took two hours more than even their generous estimate. I was grateful a week later, when I drove through a prairie not having to listen to something akin to the Uncle Elmer and Aunt Gertie Gospel hour on the way to a family wedding. Overall, very pleased, even post frustration.

    The stereo works well and I am plenty happy with that, but the tech that serviced my car returned it with many panels misaligned as well and various clips broken/bent. I had to pull quite a few panels apart to fix it back up.

    This is a great product for the price. Factor in all parts and install price before buying. The stereo was on sale for approx. $520 but cost around $220 for install & parts. Got the 4 yr extended warranty for another around $60. Best thing is if anything goes wrong related to install has lifetime warranty. Plan in advance for install there are minimal installers and takes a bit to get in as well as time required. My truck took 5+ hours because complexity of vehicle type and connecting to aftermarket system. All in all sounds excellent and major upgrade to a 2004 original factory system.

    The agents installed a new car radio. The customer service was great and they even moved up my appointment, which I really appreciated on a Sunday evening. They did such a good job that they Pointed out issues with the previous installation - for which I paid $400- and got me up and running, using all of the features from the radio they I previously was not using due to improper installation. I would highly recommend and plan to go for them for any future installations and services that they offer.

    The agents replaced a 7 year old Kenwood with a new Kenwood. I set the appointment up online and then a agent called me to go over what all needed to be done. I ordered some parts, that they thought would be needed, and had them delivered to me and brought them to the appointment. They went over what I wanted again when I dropped the car off and kept me informed throughout the install. When I picked it up they went over everything with me and answered all my questions. They did not need the parts so I returned them with no problem.

    Great service! They installed two different stereos in my car. The first one was installed and just wasn't very happy with the volume button so I upgraded and they scheduled me for another appointment to take out the one and install a new one. They make sure to explain how everything works on the stereo and answer any questions that you may have. Very pleased with their service and highly suggest paying the 200 dollars membership for free installation for a year. Totally worth it and can be used on any vehicle you need done.

    We purchased the installation along with the stereo etc. I think this fee is excessive considering it takes less than an hour and the customer has to purchase all kits, wires. Etc before they will even start the installation. The installer will not use the existing wires or use any that come with the stereo purchase. He also did not remove the CD's we told him were in the stereo before disconnecting it and did not allow us to do it. We asked about the CD's he first said the stereo was broken? It was working fine when we brought it in. It was actually playing when he pulled it into the garage. I reminded him of that then he admitted he really forgot. I was appreciative for his honesty. All in all the new system is working great. My son is happy with has new stereo. After all he is the baby of 6 and we have 5 older sons who we have dealt with replacing stereos for. Fortunately our daughter had other priorities for her car that were not so costly....would reccomend with warnings. Be prepared for not only the expensive install cost but the requirement to purchase additional supplies.
