It works well but the dual buttons up top give me issues at times. It may be my own hand shape and how I hold it, but I have a lot of trouble with click and hold activities. Frequently, I will click and hold, only to have it release way too early and waste ammo, miss targets, or just fail to trigger in games. Honestly, I could do without the secondary buttons entirely. Other than that, I really like this mouse.

The right button quit working, after about 5 months. I can't recall ever having a mouse fail that way. But ok, things happen-- they claim to have a 2-year limited warranty. I contacted Best Buy, who sent me to the JLab website for warranty claim. Zero response. It's a good mouse while it's working, nice ergonomically. Just realize you're paying $65 for something that is likely going to die soon and you'll be tossing it for another one.

Never heard of Jlabs before. I am torn between logitech and this product. Opted for Jlabs because its much more cheaper. So far, no regrets.

Doesnt have infinite scroll, seemed like it did but was not clear. Enjoying otherwise.

Great mouse! A little issue when using the usb dongle with highlighting and not being able to release, but is fine with bluetooth.

I bought this mouse since it had all the features and I thought it was a reasonably priced item. I connected to my Windows 11 computer via Bluetooth and the 2.4 ghz dongle and it caused havoc on my machine. It made it so the keyboard would not work and keys did random things. I tried JLAB support and they just sent me a return request for JLAB credit. Even have to pay my own postage to return for that credit (and waiting on them to approve the warranty once received). STAY AWAY FROM JLAB!

This mouse has prevented the wrist stress that I was getting using the average mouse. Highly recommended.

JLab - Epic Full-Size Wireless Bluetooth Optical Mouse – Black The JLab Epic full-size mouse fits my hand well. It has a thumb rest but for its size is missing the pinky rest. There are 9 buttons, but the software does not allow you to assign all of these. The software is very limited in what buttons can be assigned and what you can assign them to. The mouse can sync to 2 Bluetooth devices and 1 2.4 Ghz dongle that is included. The side OLED screen shows you battery life, DPI settings, and what connection it is currently using. To use the software to assign buttons you will need to use the dongle, Bluetooth connections do not allow the software to see the mouse. With the press of a button, you can switch between DPI settings for various reasons. However, to switch between connected devices you need to turn the mouse over and press the connection button. I found that the mouse itself was well thought out and comfortable. Nice screen for showing what the settings are and smooth wheel and button clicks. Something to keep in mind, I had to install the latest version of XMouseButtonControl in order to assign the buttons to the things I wanted to use. For whatever reason JLabs software just ignores some of the buttons and the ones that can be assigned do not have much expansion room. There are 3 custom profiles in the JLab software you can switch between while using the mouse. I found that I could add in setting in XMouse to go along with the JLab software. I ended up not using the JLab software at all because of the lack of button customization. The mouse is solid, the software needs some more development. It is a less expensive 9 button mouse that can be fully customized with the use of freeware XMouse. Overall, it is a good deal and I’m sure JLab will update the software at some point to be able to assign all the buttons without the severe limitations. One final note on the software. It requires you to supply an email address to download. Not that that’s very different from the other guys, just know you can’t just download the software.

its a good mouse works well feels good. Love the macro buttons. not as good as a master mx feel and quality wise. The display is a bit gimmicky. The batteries life is up in the air since I charge my stuff often. Great buy if on sale.

Connects fast but occasionally loses connection for a second or two. Sometimes the buttons will get stuck and input the mapped button several times.
