I purchased this phone from the Gaithersburg Best Buy. It was on sale. The phone was an upgrade from the Jitterbug2 phone. I love the new graphics and screen, THe battery lasts all day on an overnight charge. The camera is sharp and focused. I recommend this phone highly since it also has medical services on it.

I have been using this phone for about one month now. I have actually been enjoying the phone and its' ease of use. So much better than the phone that I had for over three years. Don't continue your confusion and distrust of your present phone; step up and take a chance with a new Smart 3 Jitterbug phone. Hurray for a successful purchase in the name of SENIORS!!!

Excellent smart phone! Easy to setup, not complicated to use, good size, font is good size & easy to read, battery life very good & take good quality pictures. Connection is great. And, very affordable! Highly recommend.

The phone itself seems to be really easy to use . My only problem is that when I was using an app that I had added, the Google help thing kept popping up and I couldn't get rid of it. In the first place I didn't need help, I couldn't see the screen with all the "help" and I don't like Google anyway. I need to call the Jitterbug people for a solution. The phone was on sale and was a really good bargain. I have finally found a phone that I can understand and actually use!

This is a very nice phone! It has a very easy to use home page with words rather than icons for phone, text, internet, etc! Can't beat the price for a smartphone!

Even though it's made for seniors, my 81yo uncle had a hard time understanding to swipe up and down to get to different programs on the phone. Everything is a nice, decent size but it was kind of hard for him to use a touchscreen.

We purchased this phone for or grandaughter for her BD. She has a disability and lives in another state. She came to visit us and she liked it a lot. Taught her how to use it. Hope it works out for her. It is easier to operate for her than her last phone. We are pleased with it.

Great basic phone that even my 94 year old Mother can use to get email, text and phone calls. It holds a charge well is easy to use and pull up apps on. I appreciate the simple operation and the things that can be done on it. The only draw back is if you have a lot of contacts and apps then this is not for you. By a lot I mean hundreds, 50 is ok.

A few functions are difficult to use due to the need to make this phone easy to use for seniors. Most seniors probably would not even need to use some advanced functions found on other phones.

This smart phone was to be the upgrade from my flip phone. I guess it's wonderful, if I could use it. The set up asked me questions I could not answer, and after several hours of trying to tap tiny letters & numbers to enter my email address & password, I finally called for help. After being told by the support team at Lively that I needed to practice or contact the GEEK squad to use this fine phone. I decided that I did not need a new phone and contacted Lively to switch my account back to my Jitterbug2, which they did in a very friendly and understanding manner, Thank You LIVELY. Then when I started to arrange a return with BEST BUY, I discovered that the restocking fee was almost 50% of the purchase price. Now I can tell everyone I have a SMARTphone, it's in a box in the desk. I must add that everyone I contacted at BEST BUY & LIVELY during this two day adventure were very nice.

This phone is amazing!!!!! I am 75 and have not had a phone that I could USE. This came with an instruction book/user guide. I was able to get it going without any problems, and I did it by myself. There are no words to describe how easy it was!!!

AS A SENIOR CITIZEN- MY HUSBAND HESITATED TO BUY A SMART PHONE. WELL I TOOK THE STEP TO PURCHASE THIS SMART PHONE FOR HIM (DUE TO BUYING A NEW CAR WITH PHONE HOOK UP) AND SO PLEASED. HE HAS NO PROBLEMS AND JUST REALLY APPRECIATES USING IT. THE CASE I PURCHASED WITH IT PROTECTS THE PHONE AND ENABLES HIM TO PUT A RETURN ADDRESS ON THE BACK IF LOST. SO HAPPY WITH THE PURCHASE PRICE OF BOTH----FROM A HAPPY SMART PHONE USER...

I purchased my Jitterbug Smart3 Smartphone at Best Buy in Eatontown, NJ on February 7, 2023. The phone has a readable menu and plenty of options/functions. I set up many contacts with ease and have made/received a number of phone calls with my new cell phone number. I have done a small amount of Internet surfing. My main issue/concern thus far has been my inability to access email with my AOL account. The Smartphone assumes that everyone has Google email, which I do not have. I spent about an hour last week with one of the Jitterbug service reps in an attempt to set up my AOL email (which should be possible, with the "other" option) but was not successful in doing so. I also spent nearly an hour with an AOL help desk technician trying to do the same thing. I'm frustrated, at this point. I have made numerous attempts on my own to set up my AOL account, again, unsuccessfully. I will continue to work on this. The Best Buy sales representative, by the way, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I may wind up returning to Best Buy for assistance in setting up my AOL account on my Smart phone. Thank you. I got one for my Boomer mother who has avoided most technological advancements of the last thirty years. She'd had a flip phone since Nokia bricks went out of style, never gets on a computer, didn't even know how to email. I set up the phone for her (very quick to do, including the Lively service, which costs significantly less than her previous provider charged), and showed her some basic functions, but she's had minimal trouble navigating this phone on her own. (I should probably deduct a star for how many links to Facebook videos I get on the daily now, though.) The storage is quite limited, but perfectly adequate for storing photos, texts, and a handful of apps. I just bought a second one of these to usher my dad into the modern age as well.

Does everything it needs to do, quickly and easily. Like that you can toggle the interface between Lively large and a standard setting.

So easy to use. It's nice how you can add app bars and move them around. Long battery life. Sleek and modern as a smartphone for ease of use for a senior 81 years old.

Easy purchase and easy set-up. Bought this for my aunt as a birthday gift. At 100 she asked for, "one of those phones that all the kids have", she loves it.
