I thought it would be difficult to set it up, Not at all easy to install and it's feels and play wonderful. Hands down this is the best controller out on any system!!

After using SCUF controllers for years this is on par with their product. Heavier feel to a normal controller, but not by much, with a smooth texture. Built in 3.5mm jack eliminates the use for audio adapters. Only issue are that the paddles are very sensitive. Killed myself a few time when I rested the controller on my lap. All in all this is a great controller to use for any competitive gamer. Not practical for the casual gamer.

I think this is the best one that I have had for the xbox one. It does take a little bit of time to get use to the levers under the controller, but once you do it is like second nature to pull of moves. It's a bit heavy but other than that, I believe it's solid.

This is a very nice xbox one controller. It better be for the price. My husband, the gamer, assured me that is was worth it. As long as I purchased the protection plan on it since xbox controllers have a habit of falling apart at my house. So far this controller has held up superbly.

I was worried at first buying the refurbished product but it has a bestbuy approval. Boyfriend uses it everyday and he absolutely loves it. Great purchase good value. Works like new.

By far superior to an average controller and although a bit confusing to some. If you ever modded or purchased anything with paddles. You know it’s great. Favorite controller yet. Feels good anti slip and rugged.

This controller is so worth the extra dollars. My only 3 times gripe is that my first controller went bad within 3 months after purchase. I did buy the extended warranty, which I highly recommend. The problem I had while playing PUBG is that the controller would drift and my character would just start walking forward by itself. Then I purchased two used Geek Squad Elite refurbished controllers, which I will never do again. Both controllers were bad right out of the box. The drift was way worse and the 3rd Geek Squad controller was just messed up. I finally had to wait for the Elite controller to come back in stock and just received my brand new one and so far it is working fine. Hope this helps someone out there.

Great controller. Paddles are a little loose and I had to flip the top paddles upwards to fix the looseness. If you buy refurbished get the warranty.

I also got this controller for my hubby. We lost our first one in a house fire so I surprised him with a new one. This is the only controller he’ll use!

This is by far the best Xbox controller, if you need proof... just go to Best Buy and try it out! Hands down you will purchase one as soon as you can.

Love this remote for the Xbox big difference for the one that come with the Xbox and can adjust things better

I bought this refurbished Xbox Elite controller at a discounted price and it's been great so far.

This elite controller is built a lot more sturdier than normal ones. Buttons and grips feel more precise and I have yet to notice any diminished performance after several weeks of playing. Usually by this time, buttons begin to stick and play suffers. I bought the warranty plan just in case anything goes wrong and managed to buy at a discount while on sale .. All in all, much better than normal controllers and well worth it!!!!

These controllers ware out fast but the feel great once you switch to this you never go back

I love the feel of the controller, much more solid than the regular controller. Also love the ability to map buttons.
