GEEK SQUAD INSTALL THREE SPEACKER IN MY HOUSE DID EXCELLENT JOB I REALLY APPRECIATE THE WORK THEY DO

Wes did an excellent job installing our new systems despite some glitches in our infrastructure. He persisted until he got everything installed and working completely, and was pleasant to work with in addition. His post-installation information and advice was clear, competent and left us with the knowledge we needed to immediately get the most out of our new systems.

The GS team member figured out the settings that I needed in short order.

The Geek Squad mounted our new tv over our fireplace. The guys were knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. Answered my many, many questions very patiently!

The Geek Squad installed my new audio components in my existing system and made sure everything worked. I had also requested cord management for all the components when I placed the order but this element was not communicated to the squad, so they didn’t have the proper items (eg cable ties) to complete that part of the order. They did their best with what they had and provided suggestions and recommendations for further improvements.

Geek Squad techs are amazing. All of them really do a fantastic job with installation and answering questions.

Dale Kirsch took a considerable amount of time installing our new dvd player and sound bar. He stayed until he made sure that everything was working correctly. He was very considerate and showed us how to operate everything before he left. He is a credit to Best Buy’s Geek Squad. His knowledge and expertise are commendable! We would definitely want him to install any future purchases.

Guys were very knowledgeable on the speakers and the setup and did a good job showing us how to use the app.

The system is great! It is easy to use which I appreciate. The two installers were efficient, kind and patient. They made sure I could use the system before they left and made sure I had contact info if I had trouble later. Love Best Buy!

Jay was able to connect our old stereo system up to play the music my husband wanted along with his playlist. He went above and beyond the normal installation to get the product to work the way we wanted. Could not have done this ourselves.

The situation looked bleak when after years of consistent use, the headset would not stay paired with the TV. The Geek Squad tech ‘stayed on course’ until the components were synced and working. Then he gave us insight into possible causes and let us know to call back if we needed more help. Great service; great price, great customer care! Thank you!

The installers did a sloppy job. They did not remove the packing materials from the audio component, nor did they setup the component beyond plugging them in. When I went to watch a movie I had to go through the setup procedures including waiting 20 min while the soundbar software updates downloaded and installed I asked the Best Buy employee if I needed to buy extra HDMI cables and was told that the installer would have extra cables of various lengths so they could do any install. Well that was not true. The installers had no additional cables and were ready to leave without even plugging the blue ray player into the TV. Fortunately my son-in-law was able to go to Best Buy to get a long cable and deliver it before the installers left
