The agents mounted out TV, connected speakers and made sure everything was working. Showed us how to use everything and connected our different accounts with like Hulu, Disney plus etc..

Ok, these two were so fantastic-- incredibly kind & helpful! They arrived on time, were efficient with the timing of setup, did a fabulous job mounting the TV & soundbar onto our NYC pre-war building brick wall and even cleaned up afterward. They spend time showing us how to work everything on the TV- how to navigate, login, how to use the surround speakers & subwoofer. Honestly, it was such a pleasant experience & they gave me their contact info for any future needs. Highly recommend this service & so happy to have purchased the Total Tech membership to get this service as part of membership.

This was a great service. Everything they did was spot on. I will definitely have them back for any additional work in the future. Took them about an hour to do it all. Asked them to set some features up the way I wanted and it was no problem for them. Total professionals.

The Geek Squad , Steve and associate , provided a very efficient set up . They coached me enough to get things started . I find the owner( me) has to experiment with the system to get the hang of it and I have . They answered all my questions and gave me a follow up number , which I have not used yet . Steve was great at offering suggestions for improvement add ons , like mesh extension , additional speaker placement and type . I have placed my next order to take advantage of significant discounts that expire in 6 weeks
