The installers were excellent and did a great job. They were courteous, professional, and had obvious great knowledge of the equipment. They explained everything well and were very thorough setting up my Sonos system. I will definitely recommend.

The agents came, mounted our TV, Sound Bar, Roku sticks, and explained how to set them up, and ran through how to use them. Saved us a ton of time, it would have taken us hours to do what they did in a fraction of the time.

I love my Best Buy sound system designed by consultant Daniel Pagan over the phone. I explained what I wanted and he listened carefully. Then he made two recommendations, one closer to what I asked him about and a second that incorporated all my needs in a much better package for the size of my room. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. He explained everything several times because I was not accustomed to using apps so he taught me when he came to check on the Geek Squad installation. A very good product but we love the option of having the Geek squad coming to set up the equipment we have. They are knowledgeable and they sell a great product.

I am totally happy with the overalls setup and equipment purchases that I have made at best buy. I am even more impressed with the knowledge of each of technicians and the placement of the equipment. They have taken all the stress out of having to worry precisely how & where they are knowledgeable of those things. The technician installed all of our sound service and explained the operation in a very easy to understand manner. Very polite.

I purchased the Sonos home theater system that had a playbar, sub and Alexa equipped rear speakers. Their were basically NO instructions with the boxes and instead had me down load an app that in my opinion was half baked and not easy to navigate. I went back to Best Buy and asked them just to send someone by to get the new system up and running. They came over and did this and also showed me how to use the app to control my new system. Very easy and money well spent

Went to the BB store in Ocoee. Excellent service. Wonderful people. Very helpful. Also ordered all new appliances for a new home from BB in home services. Ditto. the Same. Excellent service and wonderful people to deal with. Purchased 5 TVs + wall mount + router. Washer / Dryer and 8 appliances for my rentals.

I have to brag on the Geek Squad from Valdosta............ These guys know there stuff and I appreciate the time they spend to help me understand all my installs!! I truly am partial to the Valdosta store, the guys have help me so much they know me by name now!! Thanks for such great service!!

The GS came in and did a great job on the instal for the Sonos system and Simply Safe alarm. Gave hints and helps to make all operations simple. Even set up my thermostat so I could control it with my phone. Will use the GS for all my purchases. A+

Geek Squad remote service helped make my computer faster. It had slowed down noticeably and nothing I did myself helped. I have Total Tech Support and have used it enough times for it to pay for itself in fees I would have to pay to accomplish what they did.

The agents installed our Sonance amplifier. They were very professional and proficient and successfully installed the amplifier so we know have music coming through our speakers throughout our home. Great crew!

I purchased a Sony turntable from Best Buy and needed help setting it up with my system which includes sonos speakers. I talked to a tech and he walked me through the process of getting it connected. Works great
