I had 4 TVs installed via geek squad. 3 were Wall mounts and one was cabinet mounted. The wall mounted TVs were crooked. I contacted the geek squad installer, James, who didn’t return my call. I contacted his supervisor, Jeffrey, and spoke to him. He stated the installer would contact me the next day. He also stated he would email me directions on how to straighten out the TV ... both of which never happened. It’s a bit daunting to try and doing this myself (65” TVs), without knowing if I’m going to damage the mounts, drywall, or TVs (2 were full articulating and 1 was a tilt). Quite disappointing.

I had Best Buy install and mount my new Sony 4k tv along with Bose wireless sound bar and 4k Sony Blue Ray player. Installer was nice, but clearly on a tight schedule and didn't appreciate my addiitional questions about operation of equipment. He was very good a removing all the packaging and trash but unfortunately the boxes had the needed model numbers and information for submitting warranty information. So I had to move around my newly installed system in order to locate this information on the back or bottoms of the equipment. This task required a flash light and some body contortion to locate them. If the installer hadn't been in a rush this would have been handled differently. Although I will acknowledge he offered to set up another appointment to return but I had already set aside 4 hours for the install and didn't want to schedule yet another appointment, so I sat down and went through all the manuals to obtain my answers. Oh well, it got done.

I bought a new TV and for the first time wanted to have it mounted on the wall. The installer that I had wonderful. He called me twice to tell me he was on the way and then after arrival, he spent about an hour getting everything set up. Then he spent about 20 minutes with me going over the basics of the new TV. Before he leaving he gave me his business card in case I had any additional difficulty. I work in the service industry and customer service is the most important attribute a successful company can have. Our installer was everything we wanted and we couldn't be happier with the work that he did.

Our installer was great! He arrived early and was extremely professional and polite. He made sure that the location on the wall would accept our tv. He provided my wife with a preliminary view of where it would hang and explained why it should hang at the level he chose. He was clean conscious, making sure any dust from his work would not be left in our home. He tied the cords together so they don’t look out of place. He cleaned up when done and took our empty box so we didn’t have to dispose of it.

The Gook squad was very well prepared to do their job and make this a seamless experience. Mark + Jason for the Holyoke, MA store were outstanding They took care of every detail and made it easy for us to acclimate ourselves to the new TV system as well as the Sound Bar and new 4K Utra HD disc player. They were patient and answered our questions and did an superb job You should compensate them positively as they are a credit to your company... They took great care in what they were commissioned to do. We give them an AAAA+++

We've have an account with the Geek Squad for our PCs for several years, Frankly, I don't know what we would do without them. They've always done a great job for us, whether it's on the phone or at the counter. We recently used the Geek Squad to deliver and install our new tv. We are extremely happy with how they handled the whole transaction. Very courteous, honest, clean, thorough, and I can't say enough good things about them. Yes, I would recommend their services in all areas.

I paid for this with my last tv about 10 years ago... They took my old tv and pulled the new one out of the box and left. When Zeb and Matt showed they did all that and more... They set up the new tv (straightened out the wires and cleaned up the dust before placing the new tv), they programmed the remotes and showed us the "Smart" features of the tv. Zeb and Matt proved that they knew what they were doing and I would highly suggest this service for anybody that purchases a new tv.

Very rarely do you find an installer who shows up on time, makes sure you understand how to use the product and doesn’t leave you a mess to clean up. They even were concerned the dog was not having a good experience because he was kenneled and vocalizing his concern of strangers in the house. I’m not sure how the Geek Squad does it but I sure wish they would share the secrete with the rest of the industry. Hands down great install experience!

Using the TV Connect and Setup with Mounting service was a great decision! It was so convenient to have the TV delivered, mounted on the wall, and completely setup. The Geek Squad agent was very professional and friendly. I had every confidence that he knew what he was doing. The TV was mounted on the wall perfectly and he even organized all of the wires and cords to make it all very clean and tidy. I would definitely use this service again.

The technician who installed my TV and set it up did an excellent job and was very efficient, polite and professional. However, he could not hook up my DVD player because it did not have an HDMI connection and that was the only connection possible on the TV. I think they should carry different cables with them. I would have been happy to buy one so he could connect it. Also, the cost of his service was ridiculously high--$200 for 30 minutes of work! I did not feel like an appreciated customer. I feel like Best Buy took advantage of me because I could not install the TV myself.

The Geek Squad mounted, and installed 3 large TVs, soundbars, equipment and home network in my home. They expertly mounted the wall brackets without a flaw. They cleaned up and took garbage with them. They even took the time to suggest and explain a few 5 Cobblestone Ct, A few add on items to maximize my purchases for my pleasure. I am very happy and will hire them to install 3 more TVs in my basement. Worth every penny!

I had a 82 inch tv installed by the Geek Squad. They were great. Professional, knowledgeable and on time. The best part was that they had parts that I had missing so that I could purchase straight from them as opposed to run back to best buy. In addition they were very clean and neat. Very happy I paid for this additional service. The charge is reasonablend the service well executed.

i had an excellent Geek Squad Installation Team. I love doing my own setups and installs. I could not have done this one this professionally and certainly not this fast. They were thorough, answered all questions including ones I did not think to ask (very instructive), did a thorough clean up before departing. Definitely NOT disappointed - Geek Squad Installation, accept no substitutes.

So I made an appointment for the Best Buy people to come and install the mount in my house. They were great. They came in and asked for where I wanted the mount to be and then set it up in a short amount of time. I had bought a different mount to use and asked them if they could use the one I bought instead and they said yes. Overall very happy with the service.

The 2 geek squad installers were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I am fairly technology savvy myself but these guys were great. They thoroughly explained every step and made sure I knew how everything worked. They also assisted me with troubleshooting another order I had for delivery/installation. I would definitely use this service again.

That’s correct, folks. The Best Buy techies are great. The on time arrival was followed by expert installation of Wall mount, TV and sound bar. The work was done without any issue and I was consulted on the location for the mount. Once all was in, the person took plenty of time to educate in the use of it all.

This technician went out of his way to not only mounting the TV but being honest to say that I did not need the mount I had already purchased. He spent much time explaining every detail and then answering all my questions.Without his help, I would still be floundering around the manual. He was a skilled and polite technician.

If you aren't sure about doing a self install in a particular area of your house then leave it to the professionals. Installer came out in the time frame we agreed upon and did a great job. He made sure to go over the TV and the various smart app options. I will use them again without hesitation.

The installer took his time and went the extra mile to install my TV. The finished job was surprisingly accomplished with exacting detail. The individual was exceptionally knowledgeable and took great pride in his work and spoke very highly of his employer. The neatest install I have ever had.

Geek Squad is the way to go when you just want to kick back and relax and have all your set up needs taken care of. These guys are very courteous and kind. Set up my TV in a snap and very professional they even vacuumed the area they were working in after they were done! What more can you ask for!
