    I paid for delivery and install on the wall which was a lovely feature of Best Buy, but I feel that with everything it was much more expensive than what I got. They did a great job installing, leveling, making sure it was in the studs etc. very thorough and job well done. When all was said and done, I got a basic rundown of the remote and told that there's a cord I need that didn't come with the TV due to it having this one connect box which I feel should come with the TV (considering how expensive the TV was) if it requires it to work with my receiver and stereo equipment but that's not the GS fault. But when I had some other questions, which I was kinda being rushed during questioning, I was referred to look up my answers in the manual that's in my TV. But they were super nice and seemed very knowledgeable.

    The tech was very professional. He called 2 days before to confirm the appointment. Then called again in the morning to give me an estimated time frame of his arrival, and then called once more when he was on his way. Once the tech arrived with his helper, they were very efficient and helpful. They mounted my TV in no time, and did not need me around for any of it. They also set up the TV for me, synced my cable remote to the TV and cable box, and made sure everything worked for me before they left. Well worth the money.

    The team that came out to mount my tv to the wall were very courteous and friendly. They were in and out in about 90 minutes and they saved me a lot of time trying to do this on my own. Overall, it looks great and glad I decided to go this route vs. the DIY. The only thing that I wish I would of been prepared for is buying my own longer HDMI cables. The ones that I had hooked up were just a little too short for the job. Of course, they had a supply out in their truck, but it was a minor issue.

    The Geek Squad delivered and installed a wall-mounted 65" TV in about 2 hours. Not only did they save me a lot of trouble trying to do it myself, it also preserved the warranty on the Sony flatscreen that required it be professionally installed. They also made sure I had cables to connect other components and that the TV was working and ready to use before they left. I was provided a business card for direct communication with the head installer should I have any questions or problems.

    I contracted with the Best Buy Geek Squad to install a extendable mount (29") and 55" UHD 4k OLED TV. The technician arrived on time and with the proper equipment. He knew exactly what to do and wasted no time getting it done. The installation was flawless and his walkthrough of the setup of the TV and other peripheral equipment went very smoothly. He left his business card with the offer for me to call him with any questions or issues. The cost was well worth the money.

    The Geek Squad delivered and set up my TV. Kyle and his assistant were very efficient in bringing the TV into the house and carefully unpacking it. They put the mounting bracket together and the portion that goes on the TV for mounting quickly and very efficiently. After mounting the TV Kyle expertly adjusted and previewed the many features of the A1E TV and then brought me up to date on the many features of the Sony A1E and how to operate them. Great service from the Geek Squad and great TV.

    They delivered and installed my Sony 75" TV for me. They were very professional and helpful and informative. I had purchased what I thought was a satisfactory wall mount bracket for it and they installed it and pointed out a flaw that put my TV at risk of comming off the wall. The metal bent, gave a little bit. Fortunatly they had a high quality bracket with them which I gladly paid for and had them install in place of my inferiour bracket. I am at ease and very happy with the results.

    I'm very happy I chose to have Geek Squad install the TV. The agents that came to my house were incredibly courteous, professional, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was absolutely perfect when mounting and setting up my TV. They were very patient when I asked for help ensuring everything was level and centered and wouldn't stop until they were 100% sure I was satisfied (despite me not pushing it when it was close enough). Among the best customer service I have ever seen.

    My TV was mounted and set up in about an hour's time. The two agents were very courteous and professional and did a great job of setting up the tv and connecting two other components. They set up my Netflix service and explained important features and showed me how to access them via the remote. All wires and cables are neatly hidden behind the TV. They also did a great job of cleaning the workspace area. I was very impressed with the great service provided.

    Geek Squad install of My New Sony 65" TV

    Install process was seamless - that said I wish the Geek Squad would have reviewed the functions of the TV and Remote better. I am still trying to figure some items out. Don't know if this is part of their function or not, but it would have left me a lot happier if this part would have been more comprehensive. My son figured out a way to control my new 4K Apple TV box with the Sony Remote. Didn't know it was possible. I am sure the Sony Remove can be configured to control most if not all my devices and I will have to call in to either Best Buy or Sony to now get on-line support. If you know how to mount a TV do it yourself.

    Guys were really nice that installed me TV, didn't take much, take down the old one and put up the new one. And they programmed the Xfinity remote but it still doesn't work right. They've been out here twice since installation and remote still brings up error messages. The last time the guy said if he has to come out again, they have to charge me $100.00, so I guess I'll just have to use the remote and push buttons until the picture comes on. Very annoying.

    A few months ago we purchased a new T.V. and needed it mounted onto our wall. We used the Best Buy service and were very happy. The gentleman were on time, called prior to arrival, wore protective gear on their shoes and did an amazing job. I am sure that there are people out there who could do this themselves, however we are not those people! It was well worth the money to get someone who truly knows what they are doing to make the purchase a success!

    They paid great attention to details, asking about the exact positioning for the TV mount and the cord cover. Additionally, they took great care of my TV and floors, since a large drawer cabinet needed to be moved to get to the wall space; and they also cleaned up the mess from the mounting. I’m definitely requesting him for my next project because there’s always something that needs installing around here. Excellent and professional work!

    We had the fortune of having top-notch professional Geek Squad members deliver and set up our tv and remove all the unneeded packaging. They went through the tv offerings with us, explaining everything important and giving us some really good tips. They were polite and knowledgeable and they went beyond the call by helping move and set up our older tv to another room. I highly recommend Best Buy's Geek Squad services. I have never been disappointed.

    The Geek Squad who came to our home were very professional and knowledgeable about putting up our wall mount and attaching and setting up our tv. They made sure that it was exactly where we meant it to be. They were courteous and friendly too! This matters when people come into your home for 90 minutes and work with you, not just doing "their job". We would highly recommend them to anyone! They saved us a whole lot of time and aggravation. Thanks guys!!

    Geek Squad Agent Derek and his helper did an excellent job of setting up our new TV and soundbar. They connected everything. The electric and cable wires were hidden as much as possible, The cable box, TV, soundbar, sub-woofer, rear speakers and blue ray player were all hooked up and turned on. The cable remote was set up to operate both the TV and soundbar. All we had to do is sit down and check out the features. Very pleased!

    Everything for the install was brought to our home with the Geek Squad. The 2 installers, Zach and Eli, I hope I spelled their names right, were super quick, knowledgeable and professional. After the installation, they took the time to set the tv and blu-ray player up and do any updates. They explained how to use the remotes/equipment and cleaned up everything. They took all the trash and cardboard too, awesome job guys, thanks to them and Best Buy!!

    I purchased this service as part of a complete makeover of my home audio and vedio system. I had the Geek Squad come out to my house and evaluate the room(s) that I wanted serviced by the new equipment, etc. That service was really great and free too. The tech listened to my desires and recommended this equipment to meet my requirements. When they put it all together, I was very happy with the results. I'm a very happy camper.

    We wanted to install our new 75” SAMSUNG Tv securely to the wall to avoid any problems and issues. We probably could of figure it out ourselves but if you want it right you have to go with the professionals. So we did we let the geek squad guys from BEST BUY come and bring their professional skills and knowledge and do what needed to be done......and they did....money well spent.....worth it every dollar. Thanks geek squad

    The Geek Squad correctly installed my new TV, but my previously installed home theater surround sound wouldn't work. The TV was top quality. My Geek squad demonstrated to my cable engineer that both the TV and the surround sound system worked perfectly. And then clearly demonstrated to the cable provider that their box was faulty. With cable box replaced, the Geeks had me up and running instead of running around in circles.
