I signed up for Best Buy All Tech support, without having a specific need in mind. But lo and behold, we ended up getting a new OLED TV, and I utilized services to deliver, set-up and teach me how things work. Team on our project was great--efficient, knowledgeable, personable, and patient. Has been a month, and all is well with their installation work.

The Geek Squad techs who set up my TV were wonderful! The had the mount and unit up in a snap, explained things to me very thoroughly, were lovely about the minor inconvenience caused by the lay-out of my home, which was in the middle of bring made more wheelchair friendly, and even went out of their way to suggest how I might get a problem with my cable provider addressed.

I wanted my new TV mounted and did not want to argue with hubby to get it done. Peace of mind was important and they came in and mounted my new 65 LG OLED within 30 minutes. They were neat, fast and even suggested a cord manager to mount on the wall (for extra cost of buying the product of course). All of it was worth it to me. Very pleased customer. Thanks.

Both guys came to do the installation were very professional and precise. They were very careful carrying the products, opening packages and etc. Andrew, the Geek, showed me all the features and did a real good job training. He even left me his phn no and told me to call him if I have any further questions. It was a pleasant experince. Good job Geek Squad.

Ed Salazar and his partner was prompt with his scheduled visit, His work style made the best sense in installing the 75” tv. He surveyed the area, asked the right questions, brought the TV in and proceeded with the installation, He reviewed the setup technicalities with us to make sure our needs were met. Visual and sound adjustments were satisfied. Job very well done!

I got this service because the new TV was too large and heavy to do myself. Geek Squad guys arrived as scheduled, assembled TV and stand, set it all up, no problem. First TV went bad so I did return/exchange they came took the TV put the replacement in, no problem. Double glad I payed for this service. I totally reccomend this for a 55 inch or larger TV

Had no idea what a benefit this would be. First they came out to make recommendations what would work best for my layout. Second I was able to order everything I needed while they were here at my home. Then the installation went great and they were true professionals. Well with the money. Saved me time and I'm sure I would mess it up. Thanks again Geek Squad!

The team arrived promptly, removed the existing TV set and installed the new one with peripherals quickly. They confirmed what we had suspected - that one of the components was not what we were expecting. We were able to return it for a refund. Their explanations were clear and in normal-speak - no jargon. They were clean and careful in all of their activities.

They came on time, were super clean, hung the mount and then the tv. They asked me before hand my preferences, had me sit on the couch to see if it met my viewing preferences and hight preferences and then secured it to the wall in no time. Yes it costs an arm and a leg for the expensive tvs, but they got it all up and running properly the first time and I am so happy!

The agents that came to the house were prompt and courteous. They had exceptional knowledge and I was confident that my home theater would be set up without a hitch. The system is excellent and the work was GREAT! The best experience that I have ever had from the inhouse consultation, in store purchase to the inhouse installation. Well Done all around!!

Couldn't have done all this installation without them. The Geeks we're here timely, pleasant and professional, knew exactly what to do and how to do it, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up when work area was done. They came prepared to provide a complete service. Gave me total peace of mind knowing this was done right and professionally installed.

Our installer was excellent. He was very professional and made sure he measured multiple times before drilling any holes. and making sure the TV was exactly where we wanted it. After mounting he took the time to clean up everything and connect our TV to the WI fi and made sure we knew how the features worked. Great experience - Highly recommend

I bought the new 85 inch Sony. I installed it in a basement man cave. The 2 men that came out to install the tv did a great job, getting the tv downstairs, installing it on the wall, hiding all the wires behind the tv, and making sure I was happy with everything before they left. And they cleaned up everything and hauled it away. Thank you

We had an excellent experience w/the 2 Geek Squad guys that came out to deliver and install our new TV. We ended up deciding on a different mounting scenario, with the help of their experience and guidance. A second visit completed the full installation and we are really happy with the timeliness and professionalism. Highly recommended!

The two guys that came to my house are based out of Clovis, CA. I can't recall their names. However, they were professional and polite. They worked quietly and took time to show me everything they were doing and asked me many times how or where I wanted something. The job at the end was done correctly and looked clean and perfect. Nice work guys and thank you.

We had a unique situation for mounting the TV that made it extremely difficult to hang the TV (no space, long extended 32 inch mounting bracket, etc), and rather than give up, they found a way to mount the TV. Only issue is that now when I watch Netflix we have to use the TV sound vs Bose. Would have liked everything to go through the receiver.

Quality setup beyond what I imagined. I recommend you listen to them, they know what they are doing. If they are setting up a 75" 4K for you your going to be excited. They like being able to share the joy. Ask a few questions then listen. They've been doing this for a while and can come up with ways to improve your experience you couldn't even think of.

The guys who set up my TV and sound bar had to mount it. They were highly professional and very accommodating. I was working when they arrived and they were willing to wait for me to drive home (20 min drive) to ensure the tv was mounted at my desired height. Would definitely contact them again if I had to mount or set up another item

This was a great idea and well worth the extra money for this serivice. The techs were thorough and went the extra steps to redo the old months in two rooms. They also moved the old tv into a new room and rebooked up the old tv to the new mounts. The piece of mind that the work is done correctly and securely is worth the money.

I was suprised to find out they were not contractors. They even helped informing me that I didn’t need such an expensive wall mount and sold me one that was cheaper and more suited for me. I told them I wanted it in a place with a tight fit and they were like it was no problem. They made sure the tv was even centered. Very professional.
