These two guys were fantastic. They picked up after installing each piece we had purchased. After the installation they took the time to go over each unit and how it worked. They answered all our questions and knew what they were telling us. Well worth the money to have them install all our purchases.

.They called when they had an earlier time then scheduled so they were able to get the installation done earlier. While one of the techs was programming the television the other was explaining and showing us how to use the new features. When you have professionals it's done better and faster then trying to do it myself.

Spencer and Charit were great when they mounted and hooked up my new 4K Sony TV. They arrived on time as promised and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. My only complaint is that the TV came with two dimples on the surface, but they would not have known this. Best Buy exchanged the TV without any problems.

Great installation by the Geek Squad. They came and installed my new QLED TV, just in time for Thanksgiving. Connected us to the internet and demonstrated how the wall mount tilts and moves to our preference. They were knowledgeable and I'm now purchasing an additional wall mount for my husband's man cave.

The Geek Workers were friendly with knowledge of doing the complete setup. Had patience & understanding of my home situation. Took time to wait on Direct TV New Box Connection, they worked as a two person team with good humor. I’m thankful my setup was smooth, they made me feel like it was personal to them also, thanks.

I had a tilting wall mount and an 85” TV installed by the Geek Squad. These guys were courteous, knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. I told them where and how high, and they were right on. The Geek Squad delivered and wall-mounted our new LG OLED set. No regrets. The installer was efficient, friendly, and very knowledgable about this particular television and the mounting bracket we had purchased. He was happy to demonstrate a number of the TV's features and settings and patient in answering all of my questions.

The Geek team arrived on time and quickly assessed what needed to be done. They promptly mounted the TV, attached all devices to it and explained how to operate the TV. They were polite, pleasant and knowledgeable. They cleaned the work area, removing the empty boxes and waste materials. They were great.

The Geek Squad came well prepared. They installed a 82" TV and moved an existing (smaller TV) into another conference room. They made sure the TV firmware was up-to-date and ensured the TVs were functioning correctly before leaving. The crew was on-time and completed the work in the amount of time anticipated.

The Geek Squad installers completed this complex installation in a highly professional manner. They made sure that the new equipment we purchased was installed such that it “dovetailed” completely with the devices we were retaining! When they left the entire system was functioning seamlessly! Great job!

The Geek squad did a nice job drilling holes in my stone fireplace to mount a 75 inch TV above the mantle. They also had to replace the in the wall HDMI cables with new high quality ones by fishing the cable with a flexible rod. I would not have been able to do this. Well worth the money for a professional job.

We got a free wall mount installation and setup with our 82" tv purchase. Two guys came to the house and did an amazing job. They explained things as they went about their business. Very professional and polite. When they were done, everything was cleaned up and looked like it did before they got there

Bought the recommended length HDMI cord from the "Geek Squad" rep doing my install. Noticed a month later when I fully extend the T.V out on the "Full Motion" mount, the HDMI cord would pop out of the T.V. Called Geek Squad and they're sending a tech to do a "Re-Do". I'm happy with their customer service.

When I purchased my new TV I knew I wanted it mounted on the wall. Several people told me they could do it for me but I didn't want to trust something as important as my new 82" QLED Samsung TV to just anyone! Glad I hired the professionals. Everything looks great and is working great as well!

II give the Geek Squad 5 stars they are the best. My experience was with three technicians, they are all top notch they explain and trained me with all aspects of my TV. I had a problem with my new Smart TV and they had to come out three times and finally agreed to get me another set to replace the malfunctioning one.

The Geek Squad has always provided great service for my tech support and product installation needs. In this case, the Tech installed the wall mount and TV in a playroom as expected, but went above and beyond by helping me troubleshoot my patio TV issues. Exception service at a great value.

The Geek Squad came to install a new OLED TV and soundbar. They were really good. They came on time, tested the sound and connectivity, installed a wall bracket, switched out a bracket that didn't fit with another that they had in the truck, and were a great value. I couldn't have done it all myself!

I have co.e to expect great service from Bestbuy a d Geek Squad. They have everything organized and prepared no matter the situation. They mounted, balanced, and connected all three of our new TV's in short order and with precision. I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you so much.

Sergio and his co worker came in had the TV on the wall in minutes. They were kind and patient enough to give us the time to figure out where exactly we wanted it placed. How high etc. he explained the basic functions of the TV after making sure all was set up. Definitely worth the money.

The installers came in installed my equipment and were out of here quickly. Before the TV was mounted on the wall they made sure it was in the correct location. After the equipment was installed they made sure we understood all of the remotes. They did an excellent job cleaning up after the installation
