When I bought my printer, I distinctly asked for in home set up because I am older and have poor vision. When it came time to set it up I was told I only paid for remote set up. I did not want that and had to rely on another person to help. I paid for a service that I could not use

The people I spoke with seemed knowledgeable and professional, but had a tendency to forget that the folks they talked to were not always experts in return.

Can't give a star, sorry no help at all. I didn't want to go this route, and I don't mean to be disrespectful, but I am an older adult, and my hearing is a bit filtered, and I knew if you connected me with someone with an accent I would have a hard time, and I did. She never let me know she was done; I couldn't understand her....etc etc sorry.

I have had this service for the past ten years, In the last two years, the charges have almost doubled. I cannot afford this any longer. I sometimes have had long waits for repairs.
