Bad experience

I didn't want to go this route, and I don't mean to be disrespectful, but I am an older adult, and my hearing is a bit filtered, and I knew if you connected me with someone with an accent I would have a hard time, and I did. She never let me know she was done; I couldn't understand her....etc etc sorry.

Geek squad has terrible support
