Ok not sure if the persons name who helped me at the store, I believe it was Tim, he is a manager. Tim went above and beyond by helping me and answering all the questions I had. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient.

I went in to have a back-camera installed. I attempted it myself but had trouble doing it. So everything that needed to be removed was already removed....the radio, dash trim, center console, and kick panel. They wired it perfectly, but they didn't put everything back. If I didn't take everything off, their job would be that much harder. I told them that, and their response was if they broke something, they'd be responsible for it. I then told them if they removed everything themselves, they would have to put everything back. And I said if they broke something in the process of putting it back, they'd be responsible for that too, to which they had no response. So I paid $135 for an installation which includes removal of dash pieces and reinstallation of those pieces and I didn't get all those services I paid for. As I'm leaving the guy tells me I can adjust the back up camera with a screwdriver. The camera was pointed up in the air. They couldn't even adjust it to a proper angle before giving me the car back.

I purchased a license plate mounted rear backup camera & mirror mounted monitor online. After making a appointment, the camera system was installed PERFECTLY. The service was very fast and affordable.

I have no complaints what so ever. Very helpfull staff. recommended

The Geek Squad team member installed a backing camera on my Chevy Silverado. He was prepared for my arrival and check-in, installation and check out when he finished was professional and efficient. He completed his work during the timeframe he estimated.

I bought install service for my Grand daughter's car. She said the installation process was very good. She likes the camera and ability to see backup view. Does not like using the forward view. Over all very happy with installation.

The camera is good for the price but it moves. I have to adjust it every now and then but otherwise it's ok. I wish I had gone with a different model....maybe I will upgrade at some point.

I bought the device on Amazon and once I received it, I thought there is no way I can do this by myself. A friend recommended Best Buy and although it cost me a lot between the camera and the installation, I am very happy since my teen son drives my car

The two installers at the Arroyo Crossing location did a wonderful job installing my head unit & back-up camera. They made sure everything was working perfectly such as my gps, satellite radio, etc. I couldn’t be more happy with the outcome.

The guys at the Hamburg location do an outstanding job, not only in installation but also walking you through using both the backup camera and the system. The install center there is head and shoulders above Best Buy’s other Lexington location.

The agents reviewed how and why they were going to do what they did, communication was great. Seems perfect.
