Great installation service. In and out on time. Only complaint is sometimes it can be a while before an appointment is available.

They did a great job. But I've had to come back a couple times for repairs

Although not as effective as the new standard equipment back up cameras, this one at least lets you see what is behind you. Once you get used to the new cameras, it seems good t have one!

The backup camera installation was not quite completed. An accessory was not installed and an option to run the camera through the vehicles battery was not disclosed upfront. Tech left interior trims undone and screws littered in the trunk of the vehicle. Took pictures in case needed for proof. This review applicable to the tech at the Issaquah store.

I purchased this service for the new backup camera I purchased. They did a nice job and took care of the installation quickly. Worth every penny.

The agent was helpful, even though he knows I used the advantage of the promo back in March 2018. Free installation if you buy a device.

This is a great camera for the money. I love the camera but I hate the installer.

I had a new double din car stereo installed. These back up cameras are a must have. Great for when you are backing up to hook up your trailer or backing out of tight parking spaces.

Technicians were great and super helpful. When I didn’t have all the needed equipment they were able to find the correct one in their stock.

The wiring is good. The finish looks clean. The price is lower than car toy. No extra cost like car toy or other shops.

Geek squad did a great job on the installation of a back up camera for my mustang. This was a custom install that they did with the end installation looking factory installed. Very happy with their service

I am still waiting for my refund on this unfulfilled service. I paid for this service in February and the only opening Best Buy Woodbridge had was on 25 March. I get emails stating the appointment was good to go and assurance messages from their corporate office stating nothing about cancelled installation services. I show up and guess what, NO INSTALLATION SERVICES. No notification of cancellation via email or phone at anytime. I talk to the manager and they say I can cancel or reschedule but let's be real, COVID-19 is going to be around for a hot minute so after a week, I decide to cancel and when calling, the poor local Geek Squad rep tells me their mobile support team will not refund my UNFULFILLED service order because I ordered it back in February. I remind her of the installation date and conversation I had with the store manager and she attempts a refund again with no luck...THE MOBILE SUPPORT TEAM IS NOT ANSWERING NOW! She tried her best and forward it up with a case number for a requested refund. HEY BEST BUY, GARBAGE SERVICE!

I sat on the phone with customer service for thirty minutes because I didn’t realize that I had ordered the wrong service, only to be denied a change to the one I needed or a refund. Best Buy has lost my business.

The installation crew knows their stuff. The upside: they usually finish ahead of schedule and they listen to your specific needs. The downside: it might take two weeks before they can get to you.

Having problems w/ key locking in ignition, Garage recommended we look at add-on-compents. Geek squad troubled shot & reinstalled radio at no cost to us.

This camera gives me a very clear picture of what it looks like behind my truck. Very helpful, especially in parking lots. I dont know how i got along before I had this camera installed. I love it!!!
