The ring security system is fantastic and easy to use. I had two members of the Best Buy Geek Squad install the system for me and they were great. The keypad feels great with tactile buttons and appropriate volume notifications. I highly recommend this system and keypad, although you can arm and alarm the system via smartphone app too.

I purchased Ring Alarm system last month for my residents and I wish I did along time ago. This system is user friendly and easy to install. I been shopping around for awhile and I felt this was the best system out of all the ones i look at. I installed 2 key pads one in the garage since I leave through the garage and the other at the entry.

We upgraded our version of Ring security to this 2nd generation keypad also replacing a couple of the door sensors. This Keypad is , in my opinion, designed with an easier user format plus the wireless option allows us to hang it on the wall effectively without having to conceal cords. We’re very happy with our decision to can our old alarm company and go totally with the Ring system

Its battery operated or low voltage with the plug-in wiring included, and I did not like where my original alarm system panel was located. I put it in the laundry room where we have quick access either through the front door or through the garage. I decided to go the low voltage way so that I do not need to recharge. It is Bluetooth and does not require wiring in the event you have no access to power. I love how the panel illuminates when it senses motion. I have an additional keypad upstairs.

Easy installation , simple to use, small in size amd wireless

I like the ring keypad. I have two. I use one for upstairs and one for downstairs. I like that it is compatible with my ring doorbell. Easy to use and secure.

I bought this item to add as a second keypad next to garage door. I had a full package of Ring security system, and the main keypad is located inside. Sometimes, we forgot to switch its mode before we left, and one of us should go back inside to switch the mode. After adding this one (quite straightforward to add new one to the existing system) next to garage door, life gets much easier.

Ive been there and tried them all. Thiis is best yoir evef gonna get. User friendly, easy to install & set -up was a breeze. Battery life lasts longer than advertised or even expected. Highly recommend. Purchased for my home and office.

We had a previous model before purchasing this one, which the battery exploded on. The size, quality and feel of this new keypad is far superior than the previous model in my opinion. Very simple to set up and use!

Very easy to set up. Very nice looking and it has been working great for us. Hooks up thru Alexa and can arm and disarm by voice.

Great addition to the ring security system we purchased. This allows us to have multiple keypads in the home. Set up was effortless.

Purchased this as an add on for our existing 1st Gen. Ring system. I prefer this keypad over the original. Battery life has been great and it was easy to set up and mount.

I liked the size and how fast ot was to connect and how easy it is to use.

I replaced old unit with new. It was very easy and the new key pad was delivered next day to my house!

The keypad is easy to install and to use. The only downside is the keypad does not stay lit. So from far away, you can’t see what mode it is set at.

Bought this as a second keypad for one of our entrances. Works well, battery seems to last a while before needing charged again.

Got the most part satisfied with install. Didn’t have any explanation on system, namely keypads. Had to watch tutorial to know how to arm and disarm. Also one of my door sensors isn’t working so I need to call them back out. The worst thing is he didn’t clean up after himself. He left all the boxes and packaging on the floor.
