This is the original refrigerator I chose but when it was being delivered, the installers realized that it was too large for my space, even though I had a designer measure everything. I liked the water and the two drawers, but the drawers would not open in the space because of the window ledge.

I love my new fridge. It's a great size and I love that it is black stainless steel. I recommend this refrigerator.

I'm very happy with this refrigerator. The refrigerator is extremely quiet and works great. We upgraded from a 27" wide side-by-side that was 4" deeper than this counter-depth model, and we now have far more usable space. Being able to stack an extra jar or bottle behind the front items isn't as useful as it might seem, and the extra floor space in front of the refrigerator makes our small kitchen feel bigger and less cramped.

Got if for a big discount on labor day. Worth the price

The fingerprint-resistant SS is a nice touch and after getting use to the shelf positioning, the storage room has been great. I love the mini drawer for drink storage. They should have made the actuator panel for water/ice fingerprint-resistant as well.

This is my second Samsung and this one is better than the earlier model. It is quiet and I love the flex drawer.

Love the refrigerator and the flexZone drawer. The only drawback is the ice maker does not produce enough ice and is very frustrating, as have lived with a problem ice maker for year and a 1/2. For the money, there isn't enough ice made daily for our family of 3 and we live in the desert.

Good refrigerator. The ice dispenser drips a lot after use. There is normally a puddle of water sitting in the tray which gets all over the floor when the door is opened. Overall we are happy with the purchase.

Counter depth fridge fits great, looks great and has more than enough room for a family of 4.

Overall the fridge is fine, it keeps a good / consistent temp, is easy to use, clean. The major annoyance is the very loud ice make, which CLUNK ice into the bin all during the day and night. Also the ice dispenser is slow and hard to use, sometimes just grinding rather than dispensing ice.

We upgraded to this refrigerator from a Samsung side by side. I really love this refrigerator. The deli (flexzone) drawer is the best. The refrigerator part is ample, the deli area holds a lot of cheese/sandwich meats, etc, and the freezer is a good size to store all your frozen goods. The outside is fingerprint resistant and truly is. We have had a very slight issue with the water/ice dispenser dripping a few drops of water overnight but not all the time. I truly like this french door refrigerator.

Love this fridge! Works well for me, and not noisey. The amount of space works for me and I like that the shelves can be raised or slide back to make space for taller items. I also love the second drawer to use for different things and the ability to change the temperature. I was also able to price match it for $800 less.

This is a great counter depth refrigerator with plenty of storage room. We like the FlexZone™ Drawer, which you can change the temperature of the drawer depending on the food you would like store there. The refrigerator is very quiet that you would not notice it exists. It worth the price. However, we only have it for about a week, we do not know how long it will keep our expectation.

Great space and well divided. Seems bigger than our previous unit even though listed as the same size. Delivery team was excellent. This is the first time I purchased a refrigerator strictly online (sight unseen) but the description and pictures on the Best Buy site were enough. It was delivered in 2 days whereas other stores had at least a 2 week wait!

Its an average fridge. The 1st one only made ice once every 12 hours. Best Buy came and picked it up and brought another, which makes ice just fine. The fridges notifies you if you leave one of the doors open, so thats nice.
