No speakers, just a headphone out plug that can be fed from USB or HDMI. No remote. Controls on bottom face, so you can’t see them when using. Would buy again.

Some people say poor brightness which may have been a power saving setting on the monitor that limits brightness and they didnt see it idk. What I can tell you is i have my comfortable viewing brightness at 60% of max. Overall great picture and build quality with 4 USB slots which is nice. vsync works well although Freesync would be better.

I have always bought HP computer products. Had a 27" HP monitor that went bad. Most all of my tech products are Samsung. TV, phone, Tablet to name a few. So, I decided to replace my HP monitor with a Samsung. Love the look and features. So far, so good.

The 4k feature of the monitor offers extremely clear pictures for the value.. Would defiately purchase again, and just might for a 2 monitor setup. Im using it with a MBP with no issues at all
