Ordered two of these monitors. Both had a faint, high pitched whine coming from the USB hub when powered on. Also one of the monitors had multiple areas with dead pixels. Price and features were great, but I ultimately had to return them for my own sanity.

poor brightness was surprised coming from Samsung. Had to return it and ordered an LG monitor directly from LG, which has a much brighter performance

High Pitch Noise When Plugged In

Had a horrible ringing noise when opened and plugged in. Tried switching cable ports around and didn't help. Beautiful monitor with great accessibility but this high pitch ringing is unbearable.

I bought this as a second screen for design work and the screen resolution and brightness is extremely too dark. Even with the brightness turned all the way up it's too dark to be useful.
It also has connectivity issues. It randomly disconnects while you use it and when you computer goes to sleep you have to unplug and reconnect for it to work again.
Very disappointing from Samsung.

I bought this for my security system it worked for abought 1 week then went black. I called tech support and after abought an hour on the phone and me buying a new HDMI cable they said HDMI input had gone bad. I returned it to Best Buy.

LOVE this monitor! I'm using it for work, however needed a monitor that could also have a higher resolution when doing graphic design and this one is phenomenal! It's a close match to my Mac laptop screen in resolution, so having the 2 side by side doesn't bother my eyes as my old monitor would. Also, being able to easily change the screen to warm undertone when I feel the bright blue/white monitor light is bothersome is a very convenient feature, especially when staring at my screen for 6-8hrs a day!

I needed a second monitor for gaming and thought this was a good fit. At first, I was really happy with it until I couldn't adjust the monitor height and was having issues with the brightness. So I looked up everything about this monitor in hopes there was an easy fix. Maybe it was my computer or something with the HDMI cable. It still wasn't enough. I decided to ignore it because maybe that's how the monitor was supposed to be. Then my screen started glitching, I wasn't worried about it because I have an ACER monitor (that has been working perfectly for the past 3 years) I can use and I put the less important browsers and whatnot on this screen. I have connected both my pc and my ps5 with different cords and it still was doing the same thing. However, I am now working from home and have to use it for important work. I am so disappointed in how this monitor runs. I will be getting a new monitor that actually works.
