This is a fantastic TV as far as picture quality is concerned. However, there is a software issue that causes it to constantly turn itself off and back on again with no apparent cause. It must be a known issue, given Samsung’s six steps available online to address the issue. When none of these fixes works, you are forced to go with an in-home service request by a Samsung technician. Hopefully it can be fixed.

Love the TV, however, 8 pixel is ahead of its time, literally. All of the TV stations still broadcast in 4 pixel, so….we’re still waiting to see the benefit of 8 pixel, just saying!

it’s an amazing TV but with no 8k devices out it may not be worth the price to everyone. Ps5 and Xbox sx come out this year maybe it will change my mind.

I love how this TV connects well with my Verizon FiOs TV box, didn't even have to set the controller like you do by pressing numbers and testing. Connects very responsive to my PS5 and XBox Series X. I must say the graphics are astounding compared to my 2018 Sony 4K OLED, which is still a great TV too. I also got the 900T soundbar 7.1 channel a must companion for a great TV. I just can't wait til PS5 unleashes and update for 8K to work on it instead of it currently (which is not bad at all), upscaling the 4K to near 8Kish. The HDR is very nice too and the refresh rate sold me @120hz, the OLED 4K of mine by Sony pales in comparison to this and it was around the same price and also was a 65". Got this when it was on sale for $1,000 off no regrets, even though it's a little pricey, but hey it's a Samsung, not a Sharp.

Best picture ever! Looks great from all angels. 2 weeks into viewing seems be better as time goes on Geek squad mounted it for me. They set the tv up for optimum vision they know their stuff

this samsung tv is BRIGHT! decent picture but there was something wrong with the panel and you could see an annoying grid pattern which i didn't see at the store. it was a display open box item i would have kept it aside from the grid pattern. its a great tv otherwise

I absolutely Love this tv!!! Picture and sound is extraordinary!!! Must use 8K hdmi cables and fiber optic cable for optimum picture clarity and sound!!!

Very few instructions. If you have an amplifier that is not 8K the system will not stream sound without an optical connection. The overall set up is more than a pain in the butt. I guess the picture is fine but with the very and I mean very limited 8K transmissions the system is not worth the extra money. Stick with a 4k or lessor system for the foreseeable future and save a bunch of cash.

Snagged it at the clearance price. Best tv I’ve ever owned. Both the TV and the remote are sleekly designed. The picture quality is great.

Such a great tv the picture is just so beautiful and crystal clear 10/10 would recommend if u want a really good tv worth the extra money

I purchased two tv's on May 12th . You delivered and set up both tv's and every thing was perfect. Your technicians were very professional, prompt, and helpful. Unfortionately the day after the tv's were installed we began getting weird things happening to one of them. It turned off by itself every 2 to3 minutes. Then rebooted automatically. Then it would change the input position of the audio resulting in no sound. We have to go to settings, audio and redirect the input to get sound. We asked for assistance and your techs came out and determined that we had to replace the 1 day old tv set. Your company policies require the customer to start over with the installation process. No concern that you delivered a faulty set.We have been waiting now since May 12th for our new tv. The next available date was June 16th. We also paid for your total tech support. So much for getting any consideration for trying to rectify the problem.Your ad on the E-mail we received on May 12th states New TV? We've got you covered. What a joke!!! Your people are first class and seem to be hard workers. Your company policies should (no exceptions to the rules even when you deliver a faulty product) be more flexible so the tech can make logical decisions when necessary. You want the customer to hold open a window of 5 or 6 hours when you come to install something ,but you won't allow an hour for the tech to return to the store for a replacement when necessary. .

Good qulite and the samsung chanells are interesting

Excellent TV. Great picture. Adding apps is very easy. Additional Samsung channels were a pleasant surprise.

Excellent tv, the image is amazing along with the size, I added a Bose sound system which make it better.

Purchased this product from BB in March 2021, within a week a vertical bright green line appeared just right of the center of the screen. Waited a week for a repair tech to tell me I need to ship it back for repair. Instead, I used the 15 day return policy at BB to get a new one sent to me. Now three months later, the screen is black but the sound is still present. Scheduled another repair tech, waiting a week for them to show. Repair tech calls and asks to reschedule for the following week...if you can't repair on my request date, don't accept the job. Now waiting for confirmation of another repair tech...hoping I am not lost in the system. Now considering returning this $4,000 tv, but not sure if there is a better option. Wishing there were quality products available within this price range.

Best tv I’ve ever owned hands down the quality is insane and unbelievable!

The television is terrific the color is awesome the clarity is off the chain and the entire experience was pleasantly surprising.

Excellent picture. Still waiting for ps5 game to support the amity of this TV. Feel like I'm in the movies.
