So this is my first “robot” vacuum. I named him Jeff lol. While his battery last for ever, his canister is very small and I usually have to stop him every fifteen minutes to dump it out. He also has got caught on my dogs tail repeatedly. The bristles on the outside that spin will continue to twist even after it wraps up. She’s an older dog and isn’t bothered by sound or machines. Now I make sure to put a boundary around her so she doesn’t get caught. Also he has zero sense of direction. He just kind of randomly moves around. Also when I send him to dock he retaliates and almost purposefully gets him self stuck. He will go to the opposite side of a room away from the dock and go places he never does on clean lol.

Off the bat I have to say this is certainly the fastest moving robot vacuum I have ever owned, further than that there are certainly some drawbacks although it is a good unit for what it is. I have primarily set this to run in max mode as I have two dogs and have a recurring cleaning setup a few times a week, my first issue is that the app never tells you if the robot is running or even if there was an issue during the run, (I came home once and it was stuck) which may be Android specific but it is good to know that the robot did run when you weren't around. Additionally, when you are home you are going to know it's cleaning as it will what sounds forcefully bump into walls and objects along it's path of travel, which also is a path I still don't entirely understand. It roams from room to room but back to rooms it was in with a smash sounds to follow. Nothing has even been damaged but it's something that took some getting used to. On my bare floors this unit did a very good job, even with two long haired dogs. I did clean the unit out multiple times the first run to give it a fighting chance because there was a lot of hair to be cleaned. I will say my area rugs didn't really see much of a difference and the part that saddens me the most are the corners of my house as there are still unfortunately dust bunnies about in those areas. Regardless of this the main parts of my floor are definitely clean and having a robot to do so is an added benefit, I just wish it would do a better job on my area rugs and in the corners of the rooms. I still think this is a good unit for the price and would recommend it for that reason.

Dosn't keep not finding it's housing. keep going over the same places and missing places, have no actual auto mapping where it know where he went and where he didn't. can't use your phone to control, unless you have wifi 2.4, I only had wifi 5 so I couldn't use it. ended up refounding it. got to say place it did pass was cleaning pretty well.

Have no complain about the vacuum. It was easy to set up and get running. Got it most and for most to get dog hair and so far its woking perfectly. The only thing that can get improved is that it gets lost when i send it to dock.

If you have a lot of furniture or standing items on the floor, this isn't for you. It definitely gets the job done, and very very well. However i have cats, and a few standing cat trees. When it runs and reaches any of the cat trees, its an endless circle until i can pick it up and move it. Its like a child stuck in the a play pen. However I still highly recommend, especially if you have pets.

Nice looking robot vac. Only wished it would follow a map to clean. It cleans in all directions doesnt really follow a path. Bounces from wall to wall, but does excellent in cleaning.

Pretty good vacuum! Cleans well. However bumps into everything and goes anywhere randomly. No sense of direction

Does a great job picking up dirt and fur. Sometimes gets stuck around chair legs. Otherwise a great vacuum!!

Very Noisy and Basic model. Not smart enought. it changes the direction when bumps in to something and never goes back to same spot to clean again.

I do like this vacuum, however, i really would like to be able to tell it wher to go without having to stand in front of it or pick it up. Decided to order the next level up.

To noisy, not enough suction, does not stop, goes forward to fast and bumps into furniture to hard

Pretty decent Shark robot, sometimes it get stuck but is not a big deal.

I got it because I got a warranty refund for store credit. I works well. I had a roomba and what I like better about the Shark js that the roomba would get stuck and need to be picked up. This one just goes in reverse and moves elsewhere.

Price was cheap wanted to really see the difference. It picks up hair but gets full/block pretty fast. It doesnt navigate stairs, and it appears to do worst than a roborock s5 thats over 5 years old. I mean it works i bought a gew to try out 1 for each level of the house. But I would buy the better ones if you can. This is just a meh unit.

I am returning it. Didn’t like it at all. It doesn’t return to the dock by it self like my old one. It bangs every where, extremely noisy. I put little things on the floor all over the house to see if was going to be picked up, when I came back from work it was dead in the rug and nothing was cleaned. Very disappointed.

It's not very smart but does what it needs to do. It does take up a lot of wifi bandwidth, which is extremely annoying. Also, it does require babysitting, which kind of defeats the purpose. It's 2023 I thought that robot vacuums would be more advanced at this time. It ran over dog pee in my house and spread it all over my floor.

This Robot is extremely loud, it’s going back! Do not recommend. I had multiple and this one here so loud and hits every thing in its way.

Item would not connect to Wi-Fi. First attempt at use without connecting to Wi-Fi and the device fell off the stairs. Attempted to reset the device and try again but Same issues.
