Dosn't keep not finding it's housing. keep going over the same places and missing places, have no actual auto mapping where it know where he went and where he didn't. can't use your phone to control, unless you have wifi 2.4, I only had wifi 5 so I couldn't use it. ended up refounding it. got to say place it did pass was cleaning pretty well.

Price was cheap wanted to really see the difference. It picks up hair but gets full/block pretty fast. It doesnt navigate stairs, and it appears to do worst than a roborock s5 thats over 5 years old. I mean it works i bought a gew to try out 1 for each level of the house. But I would buy the better ones if you can. This is just a meh unit.

I am returning it. Didn’t like it at all. It doesn’t return to the dock by it self like my old one. It bangs every where, extremely noisy. I put little things on the floor all over the house to see if was going to be picked up, when I came back from work it was dead in the rug and nothing was cleaned. Very disappointed.

This Robot is extremely loud, it’s going back! Do not recommend. I had multiple and this one here so loud and hits every thing in its way.

Item would not connect to Wi-Fi. First attempt at use without connecting to Wi-Fi and the device fell off the stairs. Attempted to reset the device and try again but Same issues.

The shark robot vacuum stopped working about a year after purchase. Didn't realize it was still within the warranty at the time. Shark Vacuum says it was full when it has been completely emptied. We purchased a roomba in 2019 and it out lasted this shark robot vacuum that was purchased for xmas in 2022. The height was nice could go under furniture. This one an impulse buy. Should of done my research instead of getting tempted by the sale price.

I thought this newer model would be 'smarter' than the one I have had for years. Basically, it is lazy. Doesn't do much work (still 2 bars left) before returning to recharge. Crashes into things even after 'learning' the room. So it's more a babysitting job than I want. Also, it backs into the charger so needs to be removed to empty the debris bin. Too bad I tossed the packaging or it would go back.

Would not connect to wifi. we had a tech come to the house and he couldn't get it connected either

Don’t waste your money with this model, it won’t connect with your home WiFi with or without shark support, I’m still trying to get mine to connect and with my work schedule it’s a pain to get of shark technical support which unfortunately for me went past the returnable date for this product and now I’m stuck with it

Won’t connect to wifi, have tried everything even bought a new router. Won’t connect to 2.8 wifi

Had for about a mo th an will only run for a coupke minutes then shuts off and keeps saying dust bin is not correctly installed. No matter how many times i take it out and reinsert it (after emptying it) it still wont run. Biggest waste of money.

I returned this. It is super loud and was scratching my hardwood floors.

It really doesn’t have a lot of suction power. Also, has a very hard time finding docking station.

8 months and its broken, battery die already, I been use it maybe every 2 days

Very weak and makes alot of noise. The side brushes don't extend so it doesn't reach corners. It often runs out of battery trying to dock causing you to have to do it yourself and it does not come with a remote and the app was not compatible qith my phone. Very poorly designed.

I just bought this vacuum in May 2023, and it’s not working anymore since October 2023, I don’t recomen it. Not a happy customer :(

Returned it due to not being able to connect to wifi. I contacted Shark Customer Service and was told they would call back. I had received a call 2 days later but had decided to return and stick with the Roomba.

Does not vacuum well. Cannot find the docking station even if cleaning rt next to it. Will not program to my android phone. so disappointing because i thought it would be better than my old shark. Not so. Wish i could return it.

When my package arrived, the box looked terrible. Like it had been opened or thrown around. I didnt want to chance using a defective robot vaccum so i issued a return. Im highly disappointed as i was looking forward to using this daily.
