The Shark Robot works great and I have no complaints about its capabilities and convenience and it’s an extremely well made product. However, this just isn’t for me! I’m hands on and I vacuum in a pattern and The Shark is all over the place.

Doesnt seem like a very smart robo vacuum. More bumb navigation. Didnt like that. Suction didnt seem great. But seemed decent overall for the price.

I love Shark upright Vacuums, but maybe I am crazy but I am not a big fan of this Shark. It's mapping stinks. Just jumps around and bumbs into things every 2 seconds. As others have said the App stinks as well. My inlaws got a cheapo Roomba and it works great i think i would do more research next time.

Very Noisy and Basic model. Not smart enought. it changes the direction when bumps in to something and never goes back to same spot to clean again.

To noisy, not enough suction, does not stop, goes forward to fast and bumps into furniture to hard

It's okay but isn't life changing like everyone says. I do like that it can go under the bed and vacuum up all the dust, so that's really nice. I run it once a day mainly in the bedrooms. This won't replace your regular vacuum.

I got it because I got a warranty refund for store credit. I works well. I had a roomba and what I like better about the Shark js that the roomba would get stuck and need to be picked up. This one just goes in reverse and moves elsewhere.

Bought two. One failed by not sensing the staircase. The second is now dead and will not recharge. Got about a solid year of continuous work out of it but once it decides enough that’s it.

Mediocre suction at best. Doesn’t map your space like some of the other models. Just an ok option.

Not the greatest it does a good job on the vaccuming but i wish it had a map. Also it falls down stairs we have to set barriers

This device did not connect to the wifi when i first set it up. Giving it 3 stars for that.

The robot does a great job cleaning my carpet and fairly good job on the hardwood floors. The fact that it keeps bumping around is annoying, very annoying.

Pro: -Simple to use -App and voice control Con: -Bounces around randomly -Suction power is okay -Dust can spill out when lifting the vacuum or when removing the bin -Pet hair clogs the bin -Maintenance This model has simple maneuverability, with it just going forward until it hits something, turns, and repeats. How well it covers an area really depends on the room. It’ll eventually cover the entire space but it runs at a random pattern so it can take quite a bit of time. Suction power is okay for light surface level cleaning, more suited for hard floors. There’s also a lot of maintenance needed after each cleaning. Performance The suction is not that strong and it doesn’t pick up dust along walls and corners. On hard floors, it can pick up small debris like cat litter and does a good job for fine dust. It has a harder time with carpet, picking up surface level dust. Bigger debris like confetti can be missed. It doesn’t do well with pet hair. It will pick it up but it will start getting caught within the combs and start blocking the dust bin. Maintenance The dust bin will have to be emptied after each use. The pre filter needs cleaning and any hair or large debris caught in the comb has to be cleared each time. The filter will need to be replaced periodically depending on use. Beyond those regular maintenance, the roller brush can be removed and cleaned or replaced if needed. The App and Voice Control The app functions are somewhat limited for this model. It only allows for remote start and stop. Schedules can be set up for each day of the week, but it didn’t work for me. For Alexa voice commands, you need to download the skill and link your account. Battery The battery can run up to about 2 hours. It should be enough to clean an average sized room. It took about 30-60 minute to clean one room. Final Impression If you need a simple cleaner for light work and don’t mind the little vacuum running around and bouncing into things, then it’s fine. If you have pets then this may not meet your needs. The hairs will get caught up and start blocking the dust bin. There’s also a lot of maintenance to be done regularly.

I was expecting it to map the house, but it doesn't. Sometimes the app doesn't work either.

Vacuum work very well, but there is no tracking software so it just runs until the battery needs recharged. Is not very loud which is a plus.
