Works great! It rained and our dogs tracked mud everywhere. We ran the mop and woke up in the morning to a spotless floor!

I love it, it’s a little pricey but worth it, I live in a area where there is no grass but dirt and have a very active dog but this vacuum keeps my floor dust free

The best robot vacuum cleaner and mop we have ever owned

Vacuum is fairly simple in terms of use and setting up. The mapping process took roughly 30 minutes to complete in a 4 bedroom house. Suction isn’t bad, but mop has something to be desired. It’s the app and map that I can’t get over how much work it could use. I wanted to love it, I just don’t

Easy to assemble and configure, works great around multiple rooms in the house on hardwood floor and carpets. The most difficult part of getting this cleaning robot to go was selecting its name!

First bot vacuum so a few features needed to be figured out and higher learning curve. But very good vacuum once setup properly.

Really bummed that this didn’t work out for my family. It was decent at best when it was working properly. I used it mainly for mopping. The vacuum was terrible on my thin entry mats - just spread debris across it and lost a battle with a couple of Cheerios in the kitchen dropped by a toddler. Recently when trying to set it up to mop I got an error that the water tank couldn’t be filled. I tried several times and upon removing the vacuum found water pooled up under it contained in the tank. After more cleaning it, soaking up the water, and troubleshooting through Shark and videos, I thought I got it to work. It started mopping… but without water. Again, water in the base but this time seeping out onto my floors.

This thing is awesome. Easy to set up, the app is simple (maybe a little to much) and the robot is very self sufficient. I have owned another brand of vacuum for years and sad I just now made the change.

Very pleased! The robot cleans better than expected. The app is a little clunky and could use better editing features, however, the robot does it main job well - Cleaning!

Idk why I took so long to buy this, the comfort knowing that once you got home from work everything is gonna be clean has no price.

These vacuums parts last longer than irobot. I had problems with irobot silicon agitators wearing out within a week where shark is cloth and brush based agitators and can handle rougher surfaces. The scheduler portion of the app is limited to 2 schedules per day. We have 6 dogs and 2 cats after our family all moved back together. We had to put 2 of these units in our house, one on each floor. They both have issues emptying dog hair, often cloggong and throwing errors. They also dont fully clean the entire room if the schedule goes room by room per day. We have to schedule a whole home cleaning daily for it to work properly. Our downstairs base has already been replaced due to th mop water filter breaking in the first month. Overall a C for large houses with haed floors and many animals.

This little guy is amazing! It’s a huge upgrade from the Roomba we had before. Our floors have never been cleaner. It was a splurge, but well worth it.

Its a good product and does what it suppose to do.
