Well it was defective but im sure it would have worked. It did pick up some dirt etc before it went haywire. Again because it was defective.

We absolutely love this robot, simple to use and very little maintenance

We just got this so can only review the set up and initial few times using it. Pretty easy to set up and connect but I already had an older shark robot so had the app. The mapping was extremely fast and he’s working off his schedule well. Love the mopping feature on this one and not having to fill the tank or change tanks as I go. It does this automatically, it’s great so far.

A great product for hard wood floors. Set it and let it go. Dump your vacuum, dirty water, and refill once a week.

I wish I could give no stars, but here we are. We purchased a shark vacuum/mop and started experiencing a small amount of issues with it a few months in. However, I purchased a protection plan for repair, replacement, or refund so I felt comfortable we would be good. Fast forward to this past Sunday. While I was disposed with family issues in the ICU, my adult daughter took the Shark in for repair. She told them what it was doing and they informed her that they no longer carried the unit and they don’t do repairs so they decided to give her a refund. Well, the problem is that I went by today and found the exact model and unit on their shelves. So, as a member and a long time, loyal customer, I went to the customer service counter to resolve the issue. I was promptly told it was my problem and they reserved the right to repair, replace, or refund at discretion. Not what I was told when I bought the unit or protection plan. Asked to speak to the store manager and was told they don’t have one and to call the 800 number if I had a complaint. With such heavy competition in the industry and to the door delivery from places like Amazon, it’s no surprise that box stores are failing. They defrauded me when purchasing the unit originally with promises they had no intention to keep and once again when I took one product in after MANY YEARS of purchasing several products from this company. Looks like I’ll choose someone else next time I need an electrical device.

Unit is working well and as advertised. The only issue I had was there was no cleaning solution in the box. Called Shark and they sent a replacement in a couple days.
