    After my units were installed I had to have another guy come out and connected to my Wi-Fi for me so that I was able to turn my lights on when I was out of town

    Re-set Google Nest Hub

    Agents arrived. Attempted to reset my Google Nest Hub. Functionality only worked on one of my lights. They did not know why the rest of the functionality did not work. I was told they would leave the ticket open. I did some in-depth research and found out that all I needed was to update my Train system. Waste of my $175.97.

    The guy tried to overcharge us for $200. He was not very knowledgeable about the product.

    The service advertised is to set up smart home. We have a number of our new installations set up "smartly" and the goal was to help us consolidate. The guy who showed up was nice enough if not a bit condescending and repeatedly insisting that he had to leave for another appointment.

    Poor sevice

    Waited 3 weeks for appointment with Geek, spent 3 hours at house and did not complete service. Told my son he would come back and never did, today I contacted Best Buy and had gotten a new appointment. We will have to see what the next Geek will do.

    I had geek squad install a nest door lock...I have to push the door forward when its locking and pull it to me when its unlocking for the outside...complete joke I dont feel safe

    Good job with Ring Doorbell

    My ring doorbell went off line and I couldn’t get it back online. Geek Squad came out and fixed it and then showed me how to fix it if it ever happens again.
