Been Bestbuy customer for more than a decade but didnt have any worst experience, until this order. The order was delivered late, which is understandable, BUT, the problem was the way it was delivered, handled and setup.
1. The TV was delivered in a uhaul/budget truck.
2. There were 2 kids who delivered the item. Both didnt have much experience and needed help.
3. Of the two kids, one atleast knew a little of what he is doing, but, the other was absolutely clueless. Not sure how to life heavy stuff, ignorant to suggestions.
4. The kid who seems to be a little knowledgable got hurt in our house and got bleeding inside the house on his finger. We had to give first-aid, while the other kids was in his world.
5. Here comes the worst part, they absolutely needed help in mouting the TV. They didnt know everything about mounting and did a bad job. When we tilt the TV down, it was sprinting back up to face the wall.
6. Now the final nail on the coffin, there was property damage. Somehow they managed to pull the wires hider that was installed by Bestbuy while setting up the old TV, that was replaced with this current order. The paint that was around the wire hider is coming off aince it got pulled.
7. Since i wanted to report the property damage, the process seems to be really slow.

They were very professional.. installed the brackets . Install tv n sound bar .. set up my new tv .. went over everything. Didn’t take long . Was on time called before arriving

Sound bar works great, easy to manage with the TV. The problem we had was a missed appt with a back up team late afternoon. The sound bar was mounted with a one inch gap from the bottom of TV to the top of the sound bar(see attached photo).

The soundbar fell off the wall the day after they installed it and I still don’t have anyone here to fix it a week later. Poor service will never use Best Buy again!

I waited an extra week to have Sonos arc mounted account shipping and weather delays. Sound quality is excellent, however I have wires showing between sound bar and TV. Both are mounted.

Sound bar hung crooked and does not connect to subwoofer. Wires everywhere... very poor job. Have tried on numerous occasions to get BB Geek Squad to fix or address with no replies or follow up calls.

Wires and cable box not hidden. Sound bar not mounted to tv or wall. Looks awful. Previous experience with geek squad was much better. Not happy. Refund given but what good is that when it looks so bad. Salesman was told we wanted tv bracket for sound bar at time of purchase.
