The agent arrived on time, and was very helpful. We apparently had set up the sonos soynd bar correctly, and didn't know it. But he showed us how to use it, and answered a lot of our questions in a kind and thoughtfulnway. Great service and petson

The agents connected the new soundbar to the TV and reset our remotes so we could control the sound through the cable remote. Also showed me a few new things about the TV that I wasn't aware of.

The delivery guys were nice and had the TV ready to use in a short time. They helped me to get stared with Web OS and the remote control. I am happy with the service and the help I received.

This is a great sound bar sounds excellent i like the surround sound good from front to rear left to right. Bass is good. Over all it's awesome

Rick, from Geek Squad, hooked up our existing sound bar to our new TV. He switched out the input from optic to HDMI cable, explaining this was the best way to connect the TV and sound bar. He adjusted the treble, base and woofer levels and the sound was much better than before. He also adjusted the U-Verse remote to control everything. We're very pleased with the work he did.

They did a good job. It would have been better if they spoke only English to each other in front of me instead of the man only speaking Spanish to the woman who was bi-lingual and seemed to be in charge (I have no idea what they are saying???). I can understand that in Mexico but NOT in VERMONT!

Zeke from the geek squad installed the sound bar for our new 32 inch Samsung smart TV. Zeke was courteous and professional and installed the sound bar quickly for us. He then set it up so that it was controlled by the same remote that controls our TV and showed us some of its features. We were grateful for Zeke installing the Sound bar such that only one remote controlled it and the smart TV. We were very pleased with this!

The gentleman came to my home and he was very knowledgeable. After several tries with changing settings, rebooting the devices and other attempts to solve my issue, he determined that I needed a new HDMI cable. He left his telephone number just in case the replacement cable did not work so I could contact him again. New cable did the trick!

The Geek Squad technicians were able to connect our existing Sonos Soundbar to the new TV and make sure playback was functional on all connected devices including cable box and Apple TV. Plus the TV was mounted to create a streamlined look with the soundbar which resulted in a uniform look as if the Sonos was attached to the Sony TV. All in all, connecting audio looks easy but when multiple devices and WiFi are involved it's good to have a professional oversee all connections so you are getting the highest quality sound playback and responsiveness on all remote controls.

Eric and Rodney had done successful tv installs for me earlier this Year. I bought the Sony sound bar and upgrade DVD to increase my enjoyment of movies and other programs. The installers seem very competent. Unfortunately I have found that I have had to go back to using like 4 remotes to fully control my programs with all my equipment. I had purchased a Harmony multi-device remote for my earlier install and now it is less functional than before and I regret getting it because I still need the other ones. So I guess I should go back into the store and talk to my consultants in the home theatre department. RV

Scotty knew exactly what he was doing. I'd give him an A+ for professionalism. Also, Scotty pointed out a problem we've been experiencing with the TV. Since there is no problem with the other TV we have he checked and found that the one with no problem was a wired in cable box and the other is not. Comcast/Xfinity did a reset 3 times and still none of local channels work. The pictures crystalize and we lose sound. I plan on calling them again and this time I will tell them what the problem is.

Geek squad did everything perfectly and arrived on time and clean up boxes and other trash that the equipment was delivered in

Sound bar was not installed to mfg. guidelines. The technician said the alternate hook up used would actually deliver better results. I will admit the system sounded very good after completion. I did notice however, after completion, the adjustment for "dialog" was presented as "invalid". Clarity of dialog was one of my purchasing decisions for this system.

The setup of the soundbar went smoothy, and the guys who did it were most helpful.

The men who installed it couldn’t get it to work by blue tooth. Although l was not happy about them I am pleased with the sound bar. Just right for me
