The Best Buy Team was very professional and efficient. I actually had several pieces of equipment installed. The technicians talked to me about options and they asked what I wanted. After the installation was completed they explained how everything worked and gave me the opportunity to work the controls and to ask questions. They also made suggestions for easier operation, and pointed out the Best Buys sells the item, but there was no hard sell. I am so happy this service is available and I would highly recommend.

I was impressed with how quick and easy it was to schedule the Geek Squad. they showed up as scheduled and assembled my sound bar to the TV and made sure that everything worked well before they left. And left their cell number should I have any questions about the service afterwards. I was very pleased with the service and highly recommend them.

Eric called and told me he'd arrive in an hour, which was very helpful. He was friendly, competent, shared information about the Sound Bar and Remote, showed me what he was doing and why, mainly because I was interested and asked him too. Very knowledgeable; a pro, also with great people skills. Made me feel like we're working as a team. One of the best. 5 Stars and more. Great job.

Jay did an excellent job of hooking up my speakers, receiver, and components. He even suggested that I get a universal remote instead of using the 5 other remotes that I had. He set it up and programmed it to operate all of my devices. I love it! He was patient and explained how to work everything. Then he had me practice on my own and ask questions if I got stuck. I would give him 10 stars if I could! Thanks you thank you thank you Jay!

The Geek Squad mounted my soundbar did the initial logon to ensure it all worked

I think the Geek Squad does a wonderful job when they set up electronics in your home and everything is working well when the leave

I had purchased some new outdoor speakers (from Best Buy) for my wife for Christmas, but couldn't seem to get them hooked up properly to my existing stereo/tuner and TV music channels. So I thought, "Who you gonna call?.....GEEK SQUAD!" Their service was easy to set-up, and very reasonably-priced. When they made the house call, it was discovered that I needed another part (which I would have never figured out on my own) to connect, and they had it on their truck! They did a quick and quality job, and we're now enjoying tunes again in the backyard. GEEK SQUAD to the rescue!

The agents made the sound bar operational through the use of apps on their phones, then explained the process until we understood how to use the universal remote to operate the sound bar with our older DVD unit. Everything working well to this day.

Great sound and excellent installation by Geed Squad

The crew was prompt, prepared, knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive to detail and the needs of the customer. This was a follow up visit. I had not considered the value of mounting the soundbar to the tv when I first bought it. The previous crew, at my request, had made good recommendations to me. This crew was just a good as the first crew!

The service was good, but I don't know if it came with a remote or not. If it did, then I did not receive it. If it didn't then the service was excellent.

Geek Squad was on time, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Answered all my questions.

The agent was unable to get my problem solved, the old soundbar just finally could not be brought back to life. Instead of replacing the soundbar, my wife and I decided to wait until the TV gives up and replace both. The Geek squad did all he could and I have no complaints about his work on the contrary I was impressed with his knowledge and the way he worked to try to revive the old soundbar. I will be looking, in the future, into the purchase of a new system.

Young man from the Geek Squad arrived on time and was friendly. Great service and had our speakers connected as well as providing operation information.

I was furnishing an entirely new house with 4 new TVs and 2 new soundbars. It was too much for me to take on, on my own. I also needed to have all of the items delivered at the same time (rather than ordering & shipping directly). It was well worth the annual $199 fee to get Geek Squad to come set-up everything! It took them over three hours, but when all was said and done, everything worked perfectly!

It sounded wonderful and l really enjoyed listening to its sound productions
