Sound bar stopped working , had geek squad come to the house and check it out. They found it had dropped connedction to sound bar and had pick up wifi and was only sometimes working. Had to powerball down and power up make a few adjustments and whala its now working great.

The agent installed, mounted, and setup a new Sony 55" Smart TV in our bedroom on the 2nd floor. He was polite, knowledgeable, patient, and open to any questions we had. His work was done neatly and efficiently. He went the extra mile by showing us how to install our older TV in the study on the first floor of the house. Would call again and be very pleased if he were to be assigned to us again.

Installation was difficult and Geek Squad handled installation. Sound is good but requires an extra remote for volume control.

Can't compare this soundbar to others, as it's the only one we have ever purchased. Handshakes nicely with the LG C1 OLED TV - no need to use the separate soundbar remote - and fits perfectly and unobtrusively in a cabinet that houses the TV. Spouse says it makes British accents (hint, Masterpiece) easier to understand ... so this is a win!

The sound bar is fantastic. The first guy that came was a jerk. The second geek guy became was very professional, and a great guy would recommend him highly.

The Geek Squad installed my set, and I am delighted with their work. They arrived on time (first calling me to say they're on the way), put on shoe covers to protect my carpets, and did a fine, thorough job of installing my many components. They were courteous and really know their business. Since it was a flat rate, I didn't have any price surprises when they finished. I hired a free-lancer with my previous TV installation, and it cost twice as much because of unexpected problems.

Very disappointing. I've had this since March. It simply stops working. Sonos did run diagnostic and said a cable was defective and sent me a "replacement" even though it was past the 90 day warranty. Even tho I have Geek Squad coverage I was charged $120 to attach this little cable but nothing was removed! Since then it still simply stops working. I will never purchase this brand again. GS charged close to what I paid for it! Not worth my time,effort and expense. When it works the sound is good - not great.

The geek squad was too busy to hook up my soundbar to my sysrem, so they sublet the job to a third party who then sublet it to someone else who was just an installer. I was a bit upset rhat the geek squad refused to do the job, but the guys who came were very knowledgeable and got it working better thanthe geek squad did on the original unit.

We're glad we had Geek squad come do all the installation of our audio equipment (record player, receiver, speakers and subwoofer(. Having the 24/7 Tech support membership discounts our installation cost and makes the experience even more worth the value of the service. The two guys who came and I wish I can remember their names were a great team. Covid protocols were followed as well. Highly recommend!

With the advance electronics today you may need the advice of a good technician. The cost can save you money in the long run. The Geek Squad at Best Buy can recommend the right equipment and finish a professional installation.

The old boy was having problems properly hearing his TV prior to installation. Now with the volume turned down he can hear it quite well!! Great job done by the Geek squad installing it quickly and efficiently!! They could answer any questions he had and were finished in no time!

The representatives that came out to help with my sound bar were fantastic. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. I can't thank you guys enough, something simple for them that I simply could not figure out.

Easy to install and set up. Great sound at a good price

The first person who called said that they were running behind so they were going to send somebody else and that person was just absolutely phenomenal one now that they're way was extremely extremely patient made sure I understood everything that was one of the best experiences I have had through this whole ordeal of me trying to get all this set up I cannot think her enough the politeness best service ever from her

The Bose Soundbar 900 is great. But the Geek Squad tech was top notch. Her name is Dedra Grover and she made sure that any question that I had was answered along with a demonstration. This individual is what your future techs should model themselves after. Great asset to the Best Buy team.

As stated in the review of the Samsung 4K UHDTV, I had the Geek Squad come and hook the TV up. I added the Soundbar hook up as well, because the Polk bar was a good one, but an older model. I figured that there might be some unique settings to make them work together -- and there were. The Squad figured it out in short measure and had it all working amazingly quick -- I think. Normally, I would have tackled this all on my own, but was feeling a little lazy and self-indulgent. Am glad that I did.

The agent connected the Sonos Arc and Sonos subwoofer to our TV. I don't think it's overly complicated to do that, but just wanted a professional to do all of the connections. The agent did a very good job in making all of the connections; he did seem like he was in a rush to get the job done so he could get to his next installation, However, he did answer my questions and let me know what he was doing.

The squad installed our soundbar to perfection! They were on-time, professional, efficient and explained how everything works. We couldn't be happier!
