When my first jbl bar did not work at all, they suggested another and install went well

the guys knew what they were doing, Thank you so much... he came on time and installed my soundbar and hooked it up.. it was done wonderfully.

These guys were GREAT. They sussed out our problem which required many (5?) steps to reset using the controller and rather deep commands. In addition they gave me a quick assessment of out system in general. A+

I love my Geek squad!!.. the 2 gentleman that came to my home to install my tv and tv mount, we’re absolutely amazing they set up my tv very quickly and had the time and patience to show me how to use my tv, great customer service.

I am not sure the soundbar is working correctly as I can't hear the surround sound that I had expected to hear. (A disappointment over the Boise System I had to replace due to age - it still worked great but had hook-up compatibility issues.) Installation of the Samsung was professional, however.

The Best Buy representatives recommended the device that would best work with my brand tv, and it has made a monumental difference in the small room I. Which it was installed. The Best Buy guys took the time to show me how to effectively use the purchase. I am so appreciative

Overall I was suprised at how well the Geek Squad did in setting up my purchases. For most people it would have been just fine I suppose, but I'm in the field of testing in IT, and so a few things stood out such that I only went 4 stars. Pros: 1. Initially a site survey was done as there was some cable to be pulled. The people that came out (there were 2) were the ones that were eventually assigned to the installation job itself. This is a very big deal as little details can be lost otherwise. 2. All purchases (this was a complete upgrade except for speakers) were installed correctly and without any "parts run". I supplied some cables (shielded HDMI high speed) and they were used without question (no 'upselling'). 3. They were respectful of the room's contents and were very tolerant of two curious (harmless) small dogs. 4. The conduit previously installed was not done correctly. Geek Squad installers were very willing to create a workaround and just get the job done. 5. I did have a followup question, and I received a callback to the installer's cel in a reasonable amount of time. He did some research and also called me back again, also in a quite timely manner. Quibbles: 1. They reported encountering a problem with the wired networking in that room of my home. Instead of reporting it to me, they simply configured everything to the wireless network. The problem was that there was an ethernet cord plugged into a telephone jack (the jacks in my home can accomodate either). I'm not saying it was them that did so, I really don't know. But had I an opportunity to check into it I could have saved the trouble I'm going to now to reconnect everything to the wired network (it's a difference of about 20 MB throughput which is nice for streaming buffer purposes and the occasional software update). This is the one reason it's not a 5 star rating, the next thing below is pretty minor. 2. Labeling and neatly tying together where applicable of all the cables in the rats nest behind the cabinet would have been nice for future maintenance purposes.

It's good, a little confused, their system is not connected to the schedule sitting. When you call, they don't see the appointment.

It was excellent and professional work from the service team. They installed Sonos sound bar with wall mounting and connected it to woofer & media theater. They also realigned Short Throw Projector (HiSense) with 100" screen which needs patience and skill. Great Job. Well done. Really appreciated.

Geek Squad installed a 75" TV and soundbar, they were on time, friendly, and professional. I had a vision of how I wanted the soundbar setup, but the tech made a much better suggestion that looked cleaner and was actually cheaper. Job well done!

Geek squad installation was great. They added my soundbar to my TV install no problem. Took them just a couple minutes and I was up and running. I wouldn't have normally added this service, but since it was included with TotalTech, there was no reason not to.

When our TV was instattle by the Best Buy employee it was recommended we consider adding a Sound Bar to enhance our enjoyment of TV by our covered area near our pool. It was installed the following day and works great. The marked improvement is very much appreciated.

Tech was friendly, helpful and informative. He showed me how to set up and use my system.

Stuart, the tech expert, worked here about 20 minutes to get our sound bar working well again. He was pleasant, personable, efficient and very knowledgeable - a great experience, just like one of our previous visits from the Geek squad personel.

We were having trouble with a sound bar, cutting in and out. The technician came on time, with a very friendly attitude. She helped us figure out that it may be something as simple as a cord, and left us with options to follow up with if that did not work. The new cord worked perfectly, and it has been the end of our problem with the sound bar. It was a much easier fix than when we talked to their people from the Best Buy plan, he told us that we would need to take the TV and sound bar back to the store which it’s a 75 inch TV and we are both in our 70s not going to happen. So we were very happy with the way the young lady helped us out, great service would definitely have her back

Donald did a great job! He owns a Sonos Beam and knew just how to get me going with the app. I want him to come hook up my new OLED TV! I've had the Geek Squad set up my systems before. They leave with all the packing materials and everything works correctly!

I think the Vizio Sound Bar I purchased represents a GREAT Value for the price paid! It was installed quickly by the Geek Squad and it sounds great. I had them place the 2 additional speakers on the TV stand facing the listening area and it sure sounds like surround sound and the tv dialog is much better - more clear and concise than with just the TV speakers. Love it!!

Purchased a Hisense Roku & added a Soundbar Connect from Best Buy. Glad i made this add on. Listening to movie es & sports is much more exiting with it. For the cost, this is a nice soundbar unit. Geek Squad quickly got me set up & connected. They were professional & very pleasant.

Originally established a window of time I was scheduled for device. I was kept in formed of the time as they completed other customer’s service. This was extremely helpful. They diagnosed the issue I had and provided the solution in short order.

Great to have knowledgeable person do it. Took them less time and no frustrations on our part.
