The Soundbar had great sound right out of the box. It blew me away. The the DVD movies I play from HD, Blu-ray and 2160 were amazing. The music was the same....you will be impress.

Thanks to Hugo, I can watch TV and actually understand what’s being said! Setting the appointment was easy. Time frame was good and he arrived when he said he would. I still think a blue tooth and a woofer still sounds like it has something to do with canines but he knew a lot of important stuff to help us out.

We've had Geek Squad set up / install a few pieces of equipment over the years. They are always professional, fast and pleasant to work with. We appreciate the time they spend ensuring everything works and we understand how to get the most of our purchases. This install was no different! Only reason to give a 5 star is because there is no higher rating. Top notch service, top notch people. Knowledgeable, helpful, patient........can't say enough positive things about the guys who came to install the Soundbar.

Geek Squad agents set up our soundbar and explained everything to us. I can't believe that we are actually getting surround sound with just a soundbar! It's terrific.

they came in and set up the sound bar, and fixed it so the remote could be used for the tv,sound bar, and dvd player they did a great job and did not leave until i was comfortable using the item. they are on the pricy side charging me to set up the sound bar , but then selling me a universal remote at the house and charging me more to set up the remote using a computer like i could have done that ( nope i could not have ) but it all works

The installers did a great job and showed me how to do it and adjustments as necessary.

John with Geek Squad from the Carmel, IN Best Buy store was professional, knew his business, explained how to operate our new Sony Smart TV, connected the new Sony sound bar to the TV, set up all the apps for us, programmed the new Sony TV remote to work with DirectTV, AND overall did a stellar job! He is really really good!

I had asked Geek Squad to fix a malfunctioning soundbar. Lesson learned : ARC - 4 must be connected to ARC - 4 and not to HDMI - 1. Always use 4-K HDMI cables and not HDMI cables you purchased in the early 2000's

My soundbar setup was excellent and fast. I would highly recommend them. I definitely would use them again.

Zach and Kyle set up my TV and it works GREAT !! They are very nice and very professional ! They programmed the remote, too. If I ever need to use the Geek Squad, I would insist that these guys do the work !!

The Geek Squad Team Members were great, they faced some issue with the In wall speaker installation but they tried their best installed the speaker successfully, I am facing some issue with the woofer & they have even scheduled a troubleshoot visit for the upcoming week

I love Bass in my music sound and boy does it Boom while playing my favorite music. I listen to music as I clean my house and it puts me in a better mood while cleaning. The music actually makes me have more energy to clean. I know, sounds crazy right, but it’s so true. I have the Polk brand and it’s pretty surprisingly just as good as Bose, which I have in my truck. My New Years party gone be BOOMING

I bought a Visio sound with a wireless sub woofer and it has been an incredible pleasure to listen to movies and my programs without having to fight the TV volume button when commercials come on blaring tinny noise. Thanks Geek Squad for getting my Best Buy purchase flawlessly up and running.

While it falls short of being the bet for an audipphile, the LG 3.1 sound bar and sub-woofer is a great buy for the money. Sets up easily and works well with the TV remote. For most of the living room customers I would recommend it.
