Angel the technician was amazing. She took the time to set up all of the equipment, tv, sound bar, dvd/cd player, etc. very patient as she programmed everything and instructed me in the use of the equipment.

Geek team were very knowledgeable and provided great customer services. Note that these members are part of Best Buy direct employees and not 3rd party contractors. Wish I could say the same about them.

Sound bar is very good. It has helped improve the sound volume of our Samsung tv. It is a must have with the new tv's. Geek Squad setup our soundbar and tv. They did excellent job taking time of how to operate everything.

I have an annual membership and so the set-up was only $49. The tech made sure the receiver and BluRay all worked well and were synched with my cable box and remote. He was very thorough and went above and beyond what I would have expected. Thoroughly happy - new 4k Sony TV and 7.2 surround sound (pre-existing) now all ties together and rocks the room!

The agent did an excellent job in installing my Sony TV and Sony sound bar. The two guys who work together was very organized and both knew what they were doing. They told me step by step what they were doing. They made sure I was happy with they work. EXCELLENT SERVICE…. NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL…

Geek squad provides the best service with anything that they install or repair. My TV, Surround Sound, Subwoofer and universal remote all work so well and they are great about explaining everything and making sure you can use it. Love the Geek Squad !

Best Buy has some of the best service agents going. The set up was smooth and explaining of how to use and get the best sound of our new Sono,s.

The geek squad associate named John was very helpful in setting up our system and showing us the app to operate and adjust the sound. He helped us decide on what we needed for surround sound.

Waited a couple of weeks before deciding to get a sound bar for my new TV. Scheduled an appointment with Geek Squad and they delivered the sound bar and had it installed very quickly and it has improved the sound on the TV. If you get a new big screen TV invest a little more and get the sound bar and have the Geek Squad install both.

Ooops. Forgot to add Carlos and Jorge from geek squad set up the sony sound bar with my 85 inch t.v. and recommended the best settings for it. Im happy.. Also behind my entertainment cabinet Carlos tied up all the cables making it look real professional rather than a bunch if cables laying all over the place.

Really nice guys and worked diligently. They followed safety measures and brought their own shoe booties to keep their shoes covered in the house. They hooked up my surround sound flawlessly but I do wish they were a little more informative about how to use it besides basic operation. I would still call them again, I would just ask more questions next time.

Addison & Tim installed our Soundbar at the same time they installed our TV. They did an excellent job on both and we were very pleased with them. They explained how to use everything and suggested the best place to put the surround sound speakers. Highly recommend these two techs.
