The Geek Squad Technician That came to my house was excellent She knew exactly what to do Even when the soundbar wasn’t working she continued working until finally she got it working again I would ask for her the next time I need Service She is an asset to your company

This was an add-on service to the home installation to connect, program, and properly set up a sound bar… that had previously been quite troublesome. Good sound… happy customer.

We needed a new TV and got one from BBuy and got a surround sound system too. We paid for delivery and set up and the guys who came did a perfect job of connecting and setting up our new equipment. They explained how it all worked and hid all the wires and cables so that all you see is the TV and the surround sound system by Samsung

The geek squad team entered our home and immediately put on booties over their shoes so they wouldn't track in dirt! Then they went to work installing the tv and sound bar on the wall. They then showed us how to operate the remotes and stayed with us until we grasped what they were telling us. Wonderful efficient installers, but I still wish there were instruction booklets available!!!

The Geek Squad guys did an outstanding job in re- connecting of my home theatre system. We had disconnected everything to install new flooring. The technician arrived early and was done within an hour. He made sure everything was working fine and assisted with making sure everything was repositioned properly. You can feel good about the Geek Squad doing a fine job.

Geek Squad Technicians was very professional, polite and courteous. They installed my TV, Sound Bar, Rear Speakers and Sub Woofer. They made sure all components were working correctly and made sure customer was able to operate them correctly. Geek Squad Technicians are the BEST!

This sound bar works great and sounds good for the money. Best Buy mounted it to my Tv for me. I haven't had any issues and i have 2 of these sound bars on two separate Tvs that Geek squad mounted and set up. This service they offer is great. They did both my Tvs and sound bars

Christopher and I think the other guys name was Williams (last name) were very professional and knew what they were doing, it sounded great!I would recommend Christopher Ferguson and Mr Williams to anyone needing tv’s , sound systems or anything audio installed

I scheduled the Geek Squad because I purchased a 75" T.V. and a sound bar which I had no experience with at all. They came on the day scheduled, and had the T.V. set up and running in short order and gave me a quick tutorial on using the remote. The sound bar connected as soon as it was turned on so no worries there. I had the Squad take the box and packing with them. I was very satisfied.

The person who installed my soundbar was very pleasant and knew what exactly what to do. I have never meet a person from Geek Squad weather it was to fix something or for an install that wasn't professional and helpful.

The sound quality is amazing! It really makes my living room like a movie theater. So happy with this purchase and it is extremely compatible with the 8K TV that I bought at Best Buy.

The Geek Squad, Tristan and Ty were superb. The worked efficiently, professionally and smartly AND were very personable and friendly. Excellent craftsmanship on the mountings and setup.

The agents installed the 65 inch Sony on the wall mount. I decided with my console that I needed a TV stand..So I purchased a large TV stand for the TV to be on & removed it from the wall mount.

Geek Squad Diagnosed the issues with connecting a 6 Year Old Bose SoundBar to the New Optimum TV / DVR System. Geek Squad determined the Technologies were not compatible. Not the answer I wanted - but facts are Facts.

Setup service was most excellent. The folks called, showed up as agreed, were very professional and were more than helpful. If my needs call for it, I'll use the Geek Squad again.
