I think my second geek squad service was great. The two guys sent out to me were excellent at their job. The got me up and running that day. I'm sorry to say that the very next day my sound bar system just failed again. I think that I just purchased a very Bad system or product. I don't even think it's worth trying to sell it to anyone else. I will probably just trash it literally. I am so disappointed in my purchase I really don't know what else to say without being well I think anyone gets the point. Geek squad representatives were excellent, though.

New Samsung 55" TV set installed and Sound Bar reconnected so that system worked perfectly except for one glitch. When installing the TV set, access to Wi Fi was required. In connecting, the Wi Fi to my printer, which Geek Squad had installed earlier was disconnected. I now have no printer connection.

The techs installed my soundbar to an existing tv and did a great job. They took extra time to make sure the wires were hidden and updated the app. Also, spent time 'training' us on how to use the app to sync our other soundbar to this new one.

Very professional and helpful! Came in and were very knowledgeable and efficient in getting my soundbar system setup and have not had any issues at all.

I am a totaltech member and use the free install service. The geek squad is very professional. They help mount the TV and setup the soundbar for me. They even helped to install all the latest software updates as well as setup the soundbar to my wifi. The team showed me the controls and get familiar with the system. The only reason I give it a 4 star is because I bought the Sony A80K along with song A5000 soundbar. There is a center sync cable in the box (center sync only applies if you have a Sony TV + Sony soundbar setup) it seems the technicians did not know what this cable is for at the time of install. I had to look it up and figured this out and plug it into the tv and soundbar. The plugging in is simple enough however the fact they didn’t know what that cable is for is a bit surprising as I think this is a common setup for Sony.

My tv was setup and connected to my new sound bar and it works and looks great. Many of my friends have given great compliments for not only picture quality but the sound this sound bar(samsung 800b) is just awesome.

Zeb and his teammate were very professional and did excellent work. They put together my new tv stand with new television, 4k player, receiver and surround sound in amazing amount of time. Gave me a tutorial on how to operate. This geek squad is the best!

Geek Squad; Michael H. & Dillon set up the Samsung Sound Bar & woofer with the Samsung 65” Tv. Paired everything up and it sounds great.

geek squad mounted the sony 85' tv and paired it with the 5000 sound bar. sounds great. when i turn on the units i do not get the tv , i have to search the input button till i get to hdmi 1

The Geek Squad service guy arrived at the specified time. He was friendly, efficient, listened to the problems I was having with my technology, and proceeded to work his “magic.” He explained what he was doing so I could understand it, and fixed the problem/issue. I would recommend Geek Squad wholeheartedly!

First of all, ton of thanks to Nic and his team for completing the installation work and figuring out the solutions on the go for every problem they faced in spite of various challenges they faced from the moment they took a look at the project! Honestly speaking, I started feeling very nervous initially as Nic and team started discovering lot many unknowns as they started their work. But, Nic and his team started to resolve/pass through every single challenge as the time passed by and I started feeling tremendous amount of confidence and assurance that this project will be a great success at the end! Nic was quite instrumental in figuring out the solutions for the wiring issues (which was the biggest challenge out of all) and his team was also super experienced to support Nic and provided their suggestions wherever needed . This was an amazing display of a great team work and on top of everything, ‘superior quality work’! Nic’s technical expertise was exceptional and he made sure that I am getting everything as per my expectation or thoughts. Nic is truly an amazing tech person Geek Squad has and this is a topmost experience in terms of an excellent technical service and customer satisfaction I can say!

Love the ARC soundbar. I have it coupled with a Gen 2 Subwoofer. Sound is awesome. Geek Squad installed and set it up from the Sonos app.

The agent came in and was able to set up my surroundsound and get it working through the remote as I ask on an efficient and timely manner

The Group set up the new TV and connected my old Vizio sound bar, easy-peasy!!

These speakers have a much clearer sound than most we've looked at. They have a higher price tag - yes, however, they are a better product. Especially good for viewers with hearing issues.

Our Geek Squad rep recommended we purchase the Sonos sound bar and two wireless speakers for our small LR and it is great! He installed and helped get everything set up. The sound is great!

Garrett came out to check the sound bar to see if he could make the sound match the lips better. Unfortunatley he was not able to. The sound bar was for music. He was very polite and helpful. Great and professional service.

These guys are awesome... if you don't have a teenager around to do the install for you - which wedo not. They were wonderful and responsive when we had a problem just after they left. They walked us through to the resolution...

TV sound NOT synced to 'lips moving'. Geek Squad thankfully informed me to keep all packaging. TV and Sound bar were both returned to Best Buy and all but $100 of my costs were refunded by Best Buy. Again, thankyou Geek Squad. Without your help I'd have been out well over $1,000 dollars!!!
