Brian is the best!!! He was so informative, and after taking his suggestions on my recent purchase of the "Beam" and 2 other items, I'm very satisfied! I lucked out and as a "do over" job from an earlier team! Whatever future purchases I make, I will always request him!

The Geek Squad had to come back as my TV had to be replaced. They connected my TV, Sound bar and Sub woofer. I initially purchased the wrong sound bar connector but they had the right one with them. He made the exchange and I'm off and running!

I bought a new pioneer elite receiver and I did not want to mess with the surround sound speaker wires. The geek squad rep showed up on time, gave me a half an hour in advance notice, was efficient and kind and answered all my questions. Definitely worth paying the price and not having the hassle of installation and removal of my old receiver.

Excellent, came on and was great friendly and knew what he was doing. Thank you. It was the third visit for the same install.

The agent hooked everything up and explained all features of the sound bar. He arrived on time and did a wonderful job. Before he left, he made sure we understood everything about the soundbar.

Chris did a Great Job, however a few days later we noticed mouths on t.v. were not matching sound. I had to return 3 HDMI cables that Chris did not use at the 119th Best Buy since I was in that area. I decided to discuss this problem with associates in the t.v. dept. & it was suggested I purchase a Carbon HDMI cable & could return if it didn't work. Appointment set up & David was are technician, however he thought it was our cable service? I then called Spectrum & they said there box was ok.?? David will be returning to calibrate Dec. We may have to return the sound bar or everything due to we did not have this problem with other Samsung that was hooked up to a Bose system with same cable box. Frustrated that problem can't be solved. All we wanted was a new t.v. We realize now the newer technology is faster & has more bells & whistles, but we don't even enjoy the new t.v. Seems as though is is only the cable channels, but we want to watch all of them without a speech delay. FRUSTRATED & NO REAL ANSWERS.

The gentleman who came to install the sound bar did a perfect job, was on time, pleasant, efficient, and thorough i n explaining everything to me. I would give him 6-stars if I could.

Its Great !! I'm Definitely Enjoying it Now. Just please Remember that because I wasn't satisfied with the Samsung and it wasn't installed correctly, I upgraded to JBL, sent back the Samsung, please adjust the pricing, know what I mean?! Thank you

The guy’s that I had were so very professional, but yet so friendly, and down to earth! They explained everything to me in full detail. I would tell anyone who’s unsure that it’s worth every penny to have it professionally done! Excellent job!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The agent, came and went thru all areas I was having trouble with and verified what I was Experiencing by hearing it himself so he quickly fixed the problem by going thru the sound controls on the sound bar remote and cleared up the echo on sound bar and adjusted it, so sound would stay on when I fast forward it or reversed it. he was patient and polite as always and I can't thank Geek Squad personnel enough !!!! Thank you.

This soundbar works well with it's satellite speakers. I had to place the satellite speakers in front due to the configuration of the room so I have lost some of the surround sound effects but it still provides great sound.

The geek squad connected my sound bar to my TV, they did an outstanding job they explained to me how to connect it properly to the TV. They answered all my questions Thanks for a job well done!

He did a great job and fixed it in no time. If the original geek squad installers had done it correctly, this would not have been necessary (they had the plug from the DVD player to the sound bar put in upside down). So I paid for the same installation twice.

They did a fabulous job installing my Soundbar, and gave me many great tips while they were working. I very much appreciated their service

They explained everything they were going to do and how everything is going . Evyn and Katie were very friendly and knew what they were doing. Because of the work they did and got the internet going the way I needed it. I will only have the Geek Squad come to my house when I have a problem.

The sound bar works well and the installer did an excellent job.

The two Geek Squad team members 1st removed the existing TV, moved it to another room, built the base where the new TV was to sit, installed the TV, sound bar, Apple TV and Blu ray player, tested everything, then took the time to show me how to work my new devices. Very happy with the work, great couple of guys.

The agents mounted my TV & programmed it to my Direct TV & surround sound speakers. They also showed me how to use all the features to take advantage of everything on our TV. I’ve had to call them for a wifi issue and were going to send someone right away but then the Wi-Fi kicked in so no need for hike visit.
