After hooking up,speakers I did not like sound...too tinny, not good with spoken word.They suggested I purchase the Klipsh soundbar...I did..and I like it much better.. They were both very professional ,very helpful,and hope,should I buy more things from Best Buy that they set up whatever I buy.Truly very nice people.

The man that came to install was very knowledgeable. He called and set up an arrive time and was here promptly. He showed me all I needed to know to operate it and did the install quickly and efficiently and could not have been more polite!

This soundbar really enhances the viewing experience. It sounds much richer than the regular sound on the 65" tv we have. The geek squad tech who delivered it was on time and very professional.

Two men arrived with my 85" Samsung TV. They unpacked it and carried it in side of my house like professionals that did it a 100 before. Installed it on the wall at my required height. Wow! What a great job.

Okay, have to admit that prior to getting schooled at Best Buy, I didn't know a sound bar from a sand bar. However, they listened to my wishes, and set me up with the Sonos sound bar and a Sonos 1 in my kitchen. Yay! Simple to use, adjust and for our little condo provides a very rich sound from TV and various music services. So happy.

I didn't need the new soundbar. The young man, Kevin (I think that was his name) simply used a code and was able to connect our old bar to the new TV, He was fantastic!

Sound bar was purchased to inprove the sound quality since new TVs are not sold based upon the sound they produce. They had some issued setting mine up to include TV, PS5 and my home theater but finally got it done.

The Geek team hooked up my new 65"TCL TV and then installed the soundbar explaining it's functions and answered any questions in a way I could understand. They were worth every penny of the cost.

I had multiple new electronic equipment components installed at same visit with exceptional service. The tech was on time, knew exactly what and how to connect my new equipment, and made sure I was well informed how to operate it before leaving for his next appointment.

Derek was prompt, professional and helpful as he installed our sound bar. He even shared his phone number and told us to call if we had any additional questions. Geek Squad has been very helpful when we have needed their assistance. Thank you.

The Geek Squad tech, Ashley, was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, communicative and courteous while installing my new sound bar system.

It is well worth the money to have the Geek Squad come and totally tune your system. We had an older set of speakers, 6 in all, and they tuned the system perfectly and sounds terrific. We feel we are in the middle of a movie instead of just watching it. Also, right in the middle of an orchestra when listening to music, it couldn't be any better!

Geek Squad was easy to schedule, arrived on time, and fixed our issues very rapidly. The technician answered all my questions and taught me more about how to configure our system. He even had upgrade cables in his truck so that we could complete the installation in the same visit.

So glad I opted for the full service installation. JJ was excellent and made all the right recommendations plus set-up every app and function on the TV and soundbar. I'd definitely recommend it to others!

The Agents hooked up the soundbar and adjusted all the settings! It really makes a big difference in a large room!! So happy with this add on!!
