Jesse has serviced our audio & visual system several times as we have upgraded our home systems. He knows what he is doing & teaches us new tricks with each visit over the years. We are vey happy with our music system that plays outdoors while we enjoy sun & water.

Had a JBL soundbar put in by the Geek Squad (Matthew and Bruce). These two did an excellent job at making sure the system was working to my satisfaction. And I thank them for that.

The Geek Squad arrived on time and efficiently set up my new home theater system. The system took advantage of my ceiling speakers, which I could never figure out how to hook into them. They tuned my the system to perfection. The sound from my ceiling speakers never sounded so great.

Our Gerk Squad agent was terrific. He was very knowledgeable, very efficient, very very competent. The job he did installing our new TV and soundbar was great.

Geek Squad guys were great. Came early and hooked up everything that needed to be done. Don’t let a subcontractor hook it up.

The Geek Squad technician came out to install my soundbar system and had the whole unit mounted and installed in about 20 minutes. It would have taken me hours to figure it all out. The sound I have now is far superior than I imagined. Awesome to say the least. I can't remember the technicians name, but his service and advice was outstanding.

Geek Squad installed my sound system with ease. I highly recommend Cal and Tony.

We were told that we would have a tech show up at our house I believe on Dec 8 th to look at our TV sound bar, that guy did not show up, and we didn’t hear from you guys on him not coming, he was supposedly going to be here in the fairly early AM, wife got ahold of some at your store and the said they would call us back, never heard from him and he was supposed to have been a Mansger. Wife called back on the 9th and they said they would have a guy at our home Dec 11. The guy showed up on time, was very polite and did a good job, he didn’t seem to be aware that we had an issue with the tech not showing up. He had our issue taken care of in about 30 minutes or so. He was very good. His name was Sean, not positive on how he spells it. Problem started badly but Sean made us feel much better about your Geek Squad.

The only thing Geek Squad could've done better with this is to actually cook me dinner. They're terrific, and the tech got everything up and running easily, patient with me in the learning process. 'Customer for life.

agent couldn't mount it since they didn't have the required under tv mount; no one at the store suggested it. I must return to the store to get the proper mount. The Geek squad must then return to install it & the soundbar=a pain in the .....

the Total Tech individuals that hooked up our Samsung 950 series sound bar to our new Samsung QN75QN90B TV were very professional and I would recommend them to anyone that asked who to use.

the geek squad setup the TV and the sound bar. They did a great job. The sound bar looks and sound really good. They also helped make the adjustments to make sure I was getting the best use of the the T.V. and sound bar.

The 2 men that came to setup did a great job. They took my old system down and installed the new one. After they installed the TV they did the soundbar and explained everything.

Mark and Adam did an excellent job connecting my soundbar. Very professional, courteous, polite, patient, and knowledgeable. They represented Best Buy and the Geek Squad very well.

The Geek Squad service is very good. I got a day and time for delivery of the tv including a phone call before the show-up time. The cost for delivery is reasonable for the expert handling and set-up required. The two Geek Squad installers were very friendly and helpful explaining how to use the remote after programing the remote to the tv.

The Geek Squad installed my TV Bose sound bar and the sound can be made a lot louder and better

The agents, two of them and their boss, cam and in no time had the TV and sound bar set and working. Completely explained how to use the functions and made sure we were satisfied before he left.

Folks installing are not just dumping and connecting. They explain, they ask for our input and they try their best to address all concerns we mention. We appreciate that kind of attention to detail.
