This guys saved me lots of aggravation when they hook my Sonos soundbar to my Sony TV and the ARC set up wasn’t working and come to find out that Sony pushed a firmware update and finding out that Sony has a history of not playing nice with other manufacturers in many cases.

Installers showed up on time, did set-up right away. Demonstrated use and adjustments on system. They made sure we were completely satisfied with our Sonos sound bar after our dissatisfaction with a Bose system.

Guys were terrific in every way- professional, efficient, pleasant. We are very pleased with then installation.

The Geek Squad did a wonderful job setting up my new TV with my soundbar system. They were professional, prompt and knowledgeable of my equipment. They protected my space by wearing mask and shoe coverings. I recommend you put your tech needs in their hands.

Great to have skilled personnel to back up the products that Best Buy sells. You can buy tv and audio products most anywhere but it’s not the same as having the Geek Squad to help with installation. Two thumbs up!

The Sony TV sounded okay by itself but THIS SOUNDBAR SOUNDS AWESOME! It has a middle speaker so you can actually hear what is being said on the TV plus the surround sound is wonderful.
