The Geek Squad guys who set up our TV and sound bar were amazing! We are in our 70s, and technology is a foreign land to us. They helped me remember where my wifi password might be, and they navigated through my Android phone way faster than I've ever been able to. They found necessary places in my phone to make our TV functional that I didn't know existed! Then they made sure we could turn our TV off and on and find our way to what we want to watch. We are so glad we made the choice to get a Best Buy membership so we have the help of the Geek Squad!!!!

Set up was quick and efficient. They took the time to explain each of the settings, and showed me how to make the adjustments.

Arrived when scheduled and actually accomodated need for minor time adjustment. Everything was installed as we hoped (SONOS bar is upside down however, but not a big deal). Clean and courteous techs who took the time to program everything as well as provide a lesson for use.

Tyler got my new Sony Bravia installed above my fireplace on a cool new mounting bracket and hooked up a new Sonos Arc Sound Bar and my Sonos Sub. WOW I am blown away.

I can say that the two people who came to my house to hook up my new receiver understood what I wanted and how I wanted it to work. I had some special requests and they understood what I wanted and with a little hookup trial and error got everything working great and just how I wanted it to operate. Great employees.

I Actually hooked up my sound bar and back speakers. I felt good knowing that I did it correctly. Plus, they helped me hook up the media box we have. So it's always nice to have a tech savy person help.

absolutely useless.... We'd already connected our tv and soundbars, but couldn't get the settings to work properly. But they showed up and said all they would do is connect the system. They couldn't do anything with the settings/configuration. When I said that isn't what I signed up and paid for, they told me that the $4,000 system we bought (which was put together by the store expert) was incompatible. Been on the phone with Best Buy for over an hour and have been bounced around to 7 different people....

The agents delivered and setup TV, Sound Bar, Blu-ray. Very professional. They called with time of arrival and receive text also. They cleaned up as they unpacked. They answered our questions. Good job.

The geek squad do excellent work and this was no exception. The guys were very professional, explained what the had done. There work is always outstanding no wires showing at all. I have used this service in the past and will continue to use them. Great job by these guys.

The agents came when they said they would, 8:30 am, they quickly set up their ladder, ran wires to the attic through the wall, mounted four ceiling speakers, rewired my receiver, and tested the system. They were done by noon. It all works and it sounds great. They did an excellent job.

In conjuction with the TV setup, the Squad also set up/hooked up our new sound bar and confirmed everything was hooked up and working.

I was lucky. I had a great tech. He couldn’t do much with that Bose Bluetooth system I had but because he was so good at what he was doing I had him come back to put in my new wired system. It sounds great and I’m very pleased. He did a great job because he had a good system to work with.
