The agents did a beautiful job installing my LG TV and soundbar. We opted not to keep the soundbar so a member of the Geek Squad (Sean) came over and removed it. He was extremely professional and helped us in every way.

Agents game in a timely fashion and quickly installed the sound bar. They also answered my questions and gave me various options available on its operation so I could make an educated choice.

Got new carpeting and I had to remove all furniture. Stereo was disconnected and speakers disassembled. I bought a new DVD player and Jake from Geek squad came to my rescue and put everything back together again minus all the cords. He installed one cord that took care of everything! Yeah!!

The tech removed the tv from the wall mount, took off the bad sound bar and replaced it with a new sound bar. The interaction was great and we now have quality sound once again on our lanai.

The squad came to hook up a new sound bar. But, they took care of the whole system. All connections were done. The guys even gave me their cell for any future needs. If you’re not technically minded you need Geek Squad.

The installation went fine. The rear surround sound speakers do not seem to work. The wifi was not connected to my smart phone and the functions were not explained on the remote or the lights in front of the soundbar. They just seemed to be in a hurry.
