Two Geek Squad reps came to install our tv and sound bar. They did a great job, explained everything and answered all our questions. They were respectful of social distancing and considerate of our concerns. Overall it was an excellent experience.

Great sound at inexpensive price point. Get a big bang for you dollar.

The technicians who set up my sound bar did an excellent job. Maalik S. did a great job explaining it to me. I do have one suggestion. The second technician who set up the subwoofer should have asked me if the location he used was acceptable. I was not brought into the decision-making of where to place it. That's minor thing to me but the location should have been discussed. However, it won't detract from my excellent rating.

Alex came on 7/18/24 to reset the soundbar. The cable had become detached from when the first tech connected it to the tv in May. He also explained the remote and sound bar settings. I did not know where all of the control buttons were and I had shut off the bar by picking it up to dust, not realizing that I was accidentally shutting it off.

We have continued to pay for Tech Support and we are so glad we did. We recently purchased a new TV. Since we had this service, they came before delivery to ensure we had the right TV mount and set up. Then they came back and installed the new TV and connected it to our Sonos sound system and hauled away the old TV. Having the Tech Support saved us several hundred dollars. It more than covered the cost of the service. I recommend this service if you have several electronics that will need servicing or installations.

The team that connected my new TV to my surround sound and performed all the necessary adjustments within the setup process did a great job. They were quick and efficient. They didn't leave until I was satisfied with the setup and they were happy to answer any questions I had. Nice job!

Never being able to get a speaker balance that was good for my hearing the Techie knew just what was needed. He taught me how to accomplish it with my existing and ample receiver. Now I enjoy music as well as the 5:1 sound I'd been missing. Well worth it.

Dante installed my sound bar and rear speakers. I LIVE these items. Watching my tv is like being in a theater, with cheaper popcorn! Thank you, Dante!

Agent arrived exactly on time with a trainee in tow. Was very efficient and set up the soundboard quickly and to my wishes. Offered very good suggestions how to get better results and I agreeded.

The Geeks did a great job setting up my 55 inch TV, Bose 700 soundbar and 700 subwoofer and full motion wall bracket. They hid the wires with an outlet kit. They knew what they were doing and did a professional and neat job.

Connected along the samsung Qled Tv. The combination is so good. Good quality soud and you can hear when a pin drops, its so clean. I love it.

the technician is great. I thank you and the Geek Squad for doing the job that they do.!!! He understood what i was talking about and was able to give us the privilege of enjoying better sound than our Samsung TV produces.

After going in the attic numerous times it was decided that the survey team did not do their job well. They encountered several issues and ran out of time to deal with speakers. They did mount the tv, connected it to tuner and existing speakers but not the new ones. It will be rescheduled for Oct. TV's One Connect hub was installed with velcro and fell right off the back of TV. Following day I had to call to have them zip tie it as I originally had asked them to do. Zack and Pree both worked really hard to come up with a resolution. Hopefully they will come back in October. I don't want to go through this ordeal again. The survey team that came a couple of days before should have been the ones to go in the attic to look at the existing ceiling surround speakers. They did not and were glad that they did not have to.They spent maybe 10 minutes looking around, tested the speakers for connectivity, found no issues. Surprised me when the install team found nothing but issues.

the geek squad guy i got was chris vert. man does this guy know his stuff or what!!! not only very knowledgeable but very personable as well. best but know what they have in this guy?? maybe. after his help on my theater i was so impressed i spent 4500.00 on whole house music only because of chris

The Geek Squad installed our sound bar to the TV and explained how it worked with the TV.

The technician was polite and professional. He was able to set up our new soundbar. He explained to me what all he had to do in case I would need to resolve any future issues with the TV, the firestick or the soundbar.
