Sound bar is very good. Wofer does not stay on.service on installation was excellent.

Had to integrate a Zumo box into a tv using Sonos technology. It was seamless integration and works perfectly. Cannot have not imagined how wonderful it turned out. Had no familiarity with any of the equipment and had no chance of getting it to work. The service was worth the price saving the cost to replace the equipment. Glad to have pursued this through Best Buy!

After mounting our TV, the agents connected everything including the sound bar. Ran the audio to make sure it was all working correctly and set up the sound bar’s settings as well.

All of the Home Theater installation people are wonderful. It was Ludwig that installed my Sound Bar. Knowledgeable, friendly, cleaned up after himself and made sure I knew exactly how it works.

The Geek Squad did a great job adding my newly purchased Bose Soundbar and Subwoofer to my new TV. They explained the remote which accesses the systems audio with one button. They also bundled all the exposed wires into a tight neat column. It looks and sounds great.

The Geek Squad was amazing in advising and setting up my very complex 9.2.2 Home Theater and surround sound. Michael & Beau are real pros and I found there knowledge to be invaluable.

The tech knew the product and was able to set it up in a matter of minutes. He tied in all our sound equipment and then adjusted the level to meet our requirements. He gave us full details on how to operate and resync if we somehow managed to get them out of sync (we did) -- but got them back in sync with just a couple of clicks

Although I was only expecting the technician to give me an estimate he completed the work in this visit. However, as I did not know the cost I was surprised to learn it cost as much as it did and so inquired about the cost If I had the total tech support. He said he could not sign me up for it at that time but I could call and probably sign up for it with that visit then credited under the program. However 3 phone calls with very long wait times on hold did not connect me to supervisor as I requested. I have always found the in store customer service to be very good and the technician took care of my issues but THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY PHONE IS AWFUL!!! I may recommend Geek Squad but with the caveat about phone customer service. And the cost for less than an hours work was unreasonable

The guys were very professional and knowledgeable with the product they installed. They gave my wife and I tips on how to operate and how properly maintenance .

the agent was patient, professional and took time to explain nuances of the install and operation of the sound bar. He was responsive to questions by myself and my wife.

So these guys came in and literally cut the holes, ran the wire across my ceiling in my 2 story house, installed the speakers... this was an all day ordeal and Best Buy did it very inexpensively! I am very happy with my finished product!!!

We purchased a new receiver and wanted it to be set up with our surround sound correctly Our Agent was great he explained everything he did made sure all components worked and made sure we could operate it on our own. Glad we had the service and would use them again.

Thank God for the Geek Squad, when our sound bar went out they helped put the sound back on , because we had to wait for Bose to fix our sound bar. We would have been without sound, for weeks til we got the new sound bar.

SUPER! We have a 2-year plan with the Samsung QN90C TV we bought from Best Buy. We called because the Samsung soundbar we got from BB wasn't pairing well. BUT it did pair. Tyson, from the Geek Squad, spent 5 minutes here. Didn't need to do much. Just checked things, which was fine. He CANCELED the appointment. It was VERY MUCH appreciated. A BIG THANKS for the honesty of the Geek Squad.
