Recently switched from DirecTV to streaming content using the Roku device. Set up was easy with the exception of having the remote control the Sound Bar volume. The Geek Squad representative was able to resolve the issue and everything works great.

I recommend them ,they are professional and respectful along with knowledge. Thats important. That's the key word.

Agent arrived punctually, was polite, knowledgeable, professional and solved the problem. He also answered questions and taught me how to set the sound bar.

We had a Geek Squad Tech connect the Vizio Sound Bar to our Vizio Flat Screen TV. Much richer sound and we don't have to have the volume set as loud as before.

Just bought a new build home. The squad had to run wires through channels in the wall for my home theater. They were polite and went right to work. Cleaned up after themselves. I also had a washer dryer, refrigerator installed. They were also awesome!

The job was completed very quick. After all was done I would have liked more info, perhaps written. Also, when there are questions after using the tv for a time I need to be able to ash questions without so much hassle.

The technician who recently installed a Tablo recording device and a DVD player did a great job. He wasn't familiar with the Tablo unit, but knew who to call for the information he needed to set up the unit. He made sure I knew how to operate the Tablo before he left.

Excellent Job I felt very comfortable and they installed the TV and told me all there is to know with remotes very courteous friendly but professional!! Very Happy!!

Geek Squad did a smooth job of connecting this. However, it may have been better if they could talk me through so that tomorrow if I move I can do this myself.

I could swear I did this already, ages ago, when I knew the names of the young men who helped install my soundbar and fiddled around with all my remotes and made my life easier . They were polite, knowledgeable, and I'm sorry I no longer recall their names.

Sound bar was hooked up and I am very happy with it. The sound is awesome. I wish I hadn't waited so long to have it installed. It's placed in a good spot that doesn't take up any room.

The programming of the universal remote is faulty. Some examples: almost always have to depress shut off button twice; the sound bar almost never starts up without depressing the help button.

Added the soundbar installation as part of the tv installation. The total project was very well done but I think it should be bundled as one install and not have an extra charge just for the soundbar.

The Geek Squad set a Harmony Elite Remote and Sonos speakers into my existing system. The guys were professional, nice and got the work done quickly. Explained how the new equipment works and made sure every component worked with it.

The two young ladies that came to install the soundbar on a Sunday afternoon were great. They had the soundbar unpackaged and install/setup in a couple of minutes. Keep it up young ladies.
