Somehow our soundbar stopped working from the remote to the TV. We tried to use the remote to reconnect but we are not very savy with technical things. The connected again and showed me how to do it on my own, if it quit working again.

The agent was very knowledgeable and helped me connect all of my devices and TV apps to the TV, including the sound bar. The only thing I forgot to ask him was how to adjust the sound levels on the sound bar. I bought the sound bar hoping it would take care of the echo effect I heard on my old TV, but I am still hearing certain sounds in the background, especially a lot of bass and drum sounds. I will come in to Best Buy and have someone show me how to use the remote to adjusr the sound.

Awesome Job installing sound bar and sub woofer. Even showed me how to sign in for programs.

The installers mounted my television, set it up for us, connected all of our items and tested each one out.

Techs are always great and have the skills to correctly hook up my 7.1 surround sound system. I didn’t have the skill to get it right but after tech support hooked up my sounds are knocking pictures off the wall!

The Geeks were very professional. Arrived with masks, gloves and shoe covers. Replaced 1 TV,, replaced remotes and hooked the surround systems. Very professional and knowledgeable. We have had them back since then.
