Even though I opted out of having my old surround sound connected the geeks helped me connect my sound bar. Gracious and informative geeks. Great sound for movies with a Vizio sound bar which is quite inexpensive.

Two technicians arrived on time and went right to work. In about 30minutes, they had the sound bar working well. They adjusted the sound for the room environment and answered all of our questions.

The agents were skilled and completed the set up. They asked me if I was satisfied and offered to assist in the future. Although I wasn't able to catch up with Kyle, he did offer to help if I needed him.

The soundbar was connected to our TV quickly and they were able to have it controlled by the TV remote to make it easier for us. Kudos to agents Dustin and Justin!

I am a little hard of hearing and the soundbar enchances the sound without having to turn the volume way up.

the first guy that came out did not hook up everything properly, not to mention I couldn't close my door due to the receiver. The second guy that came out was awesome, and he actually hooked everything up so I now have true surround sound.
