My cats accidently disconnected my Yamaha surround sound system by chasing each other behind where wires were exposed. Wires are no longer exposed so that should not happen again. My Yamaha system is up, running and sounding great! Thank you Geek Squad.

There was some confusion as to what they were supposed to do when they delivered my floor speakers, but they not only delivered, but set up and equilibrated my sound system. My home theater sounds great!

Didn't detail the various options on sound. Sound bar has delay in voice in some settings compared to video. Certain settings better for music. No manual. No information online.

We love our sound bar. We don't really understand how they work or if we've got it tuned in correctly.

They installed my 75” TV and hooked up my Bose sound bar. Now we can feel like we are at the movies.

The fellow that came did a great job hooking up my soundbar and explaining operations. He synced everything to my comcast remote which was so helpful.

Very happy with the install of the Sound Bar. The installers were pleasant, professional and knowledgeable.

My TV and sound bar was connected quickly. The technician orientated me on how to use both of the remote for my TV and sound bar. The technician was kind and knowledgeable!

The first technician did not finish the job (said that Best Buy does not allow Geek Squad personnel to stay past 9 pm), and promised to return three days later. He did not. A second crew was sent out and the job was finished and done right.

The 2 techs (Bree n Greg), were very professional , and courteous. They answered my questions as they went along with the set up. The did a great job, totally cleaned up after the project was done.
