    The tech guy (Vic) that installed and recommended all these different receivers and amplifiers did not get the system to work. He came back twice. To our dismay, even after the 2nd set up and installation, the zones did not work during a get together we had in our home and can only get connected to one zone. Not sure if it is just the tech that came to the house who has a lot of suggestions but we also had another person from the store that recommended the sonos amp and still did not work. We'll see if 3rd time is a charm.

    The tv installation was great. The entire system worked but once he left and I turned on the system the sound did not work properly. I think a call from a geek squad member could help me fix it. There probably was not enough training. Thanks

    Nice guys and did the work but the speaker is directed towards the floor. Back speakers work but no control over volume. Called to reschedule. Total tech helps.

    Tech installed my new sound bar but disconnected my DVD player as well as my Bose sound system; said he would test it but didn't. Cut the wire on my Bose speaker & left it lying across the floor. Real mess.

    Poor service. Made 3 trips still unresolved

    The Tech didn't cleanup the wire that was the reason I got the service. I was told that they didn't do that. He borrowed electrical tape from me. No tools, said someone took them off his truck. Stated it had been a while since he did this. 3 trips to Best Buy still unsolved. Last trip they made me an appointment no one showed. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO MY WORRIED ENEMY. Lots time wasted no resolution and still CHARGED for the service or no service is a better description.

    HORRIBLE Post Sale Service. NEVER AGAIN!

    Had an 85-inch TV installed that crashed off the wall and shattered into pieces. They had me make a claim to their insurance provider, 4 months later the issue was still not resolved, and only at that time did they tell me that I had no valid claim and I was out of luck.

    Geek agent agent pinched the LG optical cable under a TV mount bolt. Agent indicated some LG sound bars don't work with LG TV via optical connection. Agent proceeded to connect with HDMI cable, which did work (well, it hadn't been pinched). Took me awhile to find the pinched cable. After replacing optical cable, sound bar connects to TV as intended.

    They were supposed to remove my sound bar and the hooks that attached it to my TV. They forgot to remove the hooks which hang below the TV and look ugly. I was not asked if they should be removed. It seemed obvious!

    HORRIBLE!!! GUYS CAME AND "MOUNTED MY TV" AND A FEW DAYS LATER MY TV FALLS! AND NOW I HAVE PROPERTY DAMAGE AND THE CLAIMS PEOPLE DONT RESPOND!
