Geek squad has always done the best installations and trouble shooting. Needed help connecting to TV because the wall mount was sticking. TV is so thin, was afraid of cracking the screen, plus I was using all the HDMI ports.

Geek Squad did a great job connecting my Sony sound bar! A bit confusing, as 3 year old sound bar model was not in the pull down menu, but the guys made it work!

You get more than a basic setup! The service is great! They were knowledgeable and the install looked awesome. All the wires were hidden and my surround sound sounded awesome! They even gave me a display of what my system can do.

The Visio sound bar was connected and setup without any problems. The Geek Squad even had good acvice on where to mount the subwoffer for best sound.

Technician worked diligently to set up the audio system and showed me how to work it. However, I could benefit by receiving the in-person instructions again because it was my first time using such a sophisticated system.

They connect all my devices and in addition reconnected my device that I use to hear through my hearing aids. They (Michelle and Jet) went on line to see instructions for installing and testing it. Works fine.

Geek Squad arrived on time & called 20 mins before arrival. Where Very Polite and i noticed they put on Shoe Covers before entering my home. Professional all the way! Great Experience!

The agents mounted my soundbar and relocated my speakers to provide surroundsound. They were efficient and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves. The whole experience was good.
