No guesswork required when the Geeksquad installs new products. Our in-house Audio receiver died and the Geeksquad was able to install our new replacement and get it working. They had a challenge, but succeeded and it works great!

If you are referring to Michael Ivy, I would award this man 13 stars. Instead of installing a new sound bar and TV, he fixed our old one -- which is what I wanted done in the first place. THEN he volunteered to follow up to be sure we received a refund. Way, way beyond what we expected!!

Carlos was outstanding. With the mess of wires behind my TV, I did not have the expertise to install. Having the Geek Squad install this was definitely a great stress free installation.

Sound is great--better than expected. Just wish the picture and sound were synchronized all the time.

The agents did a great job hooking up our Sony sound bar and programming it for us. They then showed us how to switch between the tv speakers and the bar.

The two geek squad agents that came to my house to install the sound bar. Where is friendly knowledgeable, methodical, carried about the person they were, therefore to give him or her the best installation that they possibly could. If ever in the future, I have another electronic device to be installed I will definitely request these two gentlemen.
