The guys hooked up everything connecting to TV a receiver, then speakers, and center channel to that . They didn't leave until they tweaked the sound to perfection before leaving.

the geek squad have always provided superb and very professional service while delivering and installing both my big screen tv and soundbar.

For an unknown reason, the Soundbar would turn off, and had to be unplugged and plugged back in to reset. Same with Apple TV. Geek Squad trouble shot and did some "sleep" adjustments, so they wouldn't turn off.

Geek squad did great job on installation of the Sonos sound bar. Had to add the Sonos app to my phone to control the treble

The agent connected all my sound bar devices and surround sound speakers. He even helped with additional bar that was not hooked up correctly without charging!! Love the Geek Squad

I engaged Best Buy Geek Squad to set up a sound bar for my TV that I purchased elsewhere. The technician set it up quickly and and was very accommodating.

The Geek squad installed my TV mount/TV/Sound system. They were extremely knowledgeable about everything and was very quick with installation. I would recommend them to everyone.

The Geek Squad member came in to our house and set up our new stereo for us just the way we wanted. He showed how to maneuver thru everything and make it all work. He did this quickly and accurately.

We really like the Sound bar a lot. My husband has a hearing problem but can hear most things with the sound bar. The Geek Squad sent someone out here to take care of it and he did a good job.

These guys came in and set up my entire system to include speaker and component installation and programming set-up to use the system. They worked 11 hours (!) on the project but were unable to complete the entire set-up in that time. It was a HUGE project and not enough time was allocated to the job. They were courteous, respectful and patient and kept a clean and neat worksite. I have had difficulty getting follow-up appointments to complete the project in a timely manner to to over-scheduling of the techs and inadequate tech staff. I have nothing but praise for these technicians but am disappointed in the scheduling and management.

Chris and Ben came to deliver and set up our two new tv's and soundbar and did an amazing job! They were very professional and efficient and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Great job guys!

They did an excellent job in connecting my SONY Sound Bar that works in tandem with the SONY TV. This sound bar works with and compliments my SONY OLED TV also.
