The sound bar connection and sync with the TV was done professionally and efficiently and the sound has been great.

Their soundbar setup was awesome. When we upgraded our TV, they switched our soundbar over to the new TV and changed the soundbar connection from Optic to HDMI, giving us to control the TV and soundbar from the Direct TV remote. This was a huge improvement from the optic connection which required the use of the separate soundbar remote to control the sound which was very inconvenient.

Very professional and even when he needed a second helper he showed up quickly! Did a top notch job. Cleaned up after himself and even put furniture back in place when finished.

Technician was professional and knowledgeable. The only complaint was the technician not returning my husband’s phone calls when my husband had a question about the technician’s work.

The first 2 delivery men did not know what they were doing. They couldn't figure out how to even put the legs on my tv. Took them over a half hour to figure it out. Didn't have a clue how to hook up my sound bar!!! They stated they were appliance set up men!! Had to call for additional help and I had to come back home from work a second time to meet another technician. Thankfully Rob knew what he was doing and was wonderful. Had everything up and connected in no time and answered all my questions and concerns since my sound system had not been working properly with my old tv. Would only recommend if they send the right installation team
